Turn the world around you into stunning 3D point clouds with just your iPhone or iPad. PointFoundry uses your device's built-in LiDAR scanner to capture real spaces as dense, colourful point clouds — millions of individual 3D points, each with real colour sampled from your camera. Walk through a room, scan a building facade, capture a sculpture. What you get back is a faithful digital replica made of pure geometry. SCAN Hit record and start moving. PointFoundry captures thousands of points per second while you walk, building your point cloud in real time. A live 3D preview shows exactly what you're capturing, with depth-aware occlusion so walls correctly hide what's behind them. Smart filters work silently in the background — rejecting noise, filtering grazing surfaces, and only keeping points that have been confirmed across multiple frames. The result is clean, accurate data straight out of the scanner. EXPLORE Open any scan in the interactive 3D viewer. Orbit, zoom, and pan through your point cloud with fluid touch controls. Switch between real colour, height gradient, depth mapping, and flat white rendering modes. Use section cut planes to slice through your scan on any axis — peel back walls, reveal cross-sections, isolate floors. EXPORT Share your scans as industry-standard PLY or XYZ files. Use them for engineering, architecture, surveying, VFX reference, digital preservation, or just because 3D scanning is genuinely fun. DIAL IT IN Fine-tune your scanning with adjustable depth range, point density, and cleaning strength. Capture tight detail at 1cm spacing or cover large areas faster at 5cm. Set your max depth from 0.5m to 5m. PointFoundry adapts to the job. Features at a glance: • Real-time LiDAR point cloud capture with live 3D preview • Depth-aware occlusion — walls hide rooms behind them • Confidence, surface normal, and temporal consistency filtering • Voxel-based deduplication for even point distribution • GPU-accelerated post-processing (smoothing & noise removal) • Interactive 3D viewer with orbit camera and touch gestures • Two colour modes: Real Colour, Height • Section cut planes on X, Y, and Z axes • Export to PLY and XYZ formats • Adjustable depth range, density, and cleaning strength • Scan management with thumbnails and file sizes • No account required. No cloud upload. Everything stays on your device. Requires iPhone or iPad with LiDAR scanner. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Scan a room or a whole home in minutes and get back an MLS-grade floor plan, a true-to-scale 3D model, and a link your clients open in one tap. Needs an iPhone 12 Pro or later, or a LiDAR iPad Pro. FloorLens turns the LiDAR sensor you already own into a professional scanning tool. No tripod, no laser meter, no extra hardware. WHY AGENTS AND APPRAISERS PICK FLOORLENS • One tap to share — every scan becomes a link and a QR code, both added to your PDF. Buyers and renters walk the space in their browser: dollhouse, floor plan, and photo modes, with your scan photos pinned exactly where you took them. Nothing to install, no account to create. • Cinematic fly-throughs — export an MP4 that moves through the home, dissolves into the real photos you took while scanning, and ends on your branding, the key figures, and a QR code. • Oriented to the real world — FloorLens finds magnetic north, so the plan faces the way the building actually stands, while an artificial sun casts realistic shadows. • Never miss a corner — live coverage feedback shows what still needs scanning, while you are still on the property. • True 3D capture — bake textures onto the walls or scan a full textured 3D mesh. MEASURE AND EDIT ON SITE • Precise measurements for rooms, walls, doors, windows, and objects • Add, remove, move, rotate, and resize walls and objects • Set door types and opening direction • Add room labels, notes, and property details EXPORT YOUR WAY • AI floor plans built to ANSI Z765, auto-aligned to north • Professional PDF with measurements, floor plans, photos, and notes • 3D models as GLB, USDZ, or OBJ — open them in any 3D or CAD tool • Current view as JPG, PNG, or SVG SWISS PRIVACY BY DESIGN The floor plan of someone's home is unusually revealing data, so FloorLens is built to keep it. Scanning, floor plans and measurements are computed on your iPhone — nothing is uploaded to be processed. No account is needed to scan, measure, edit or export. A scan leaves your device only when you log in and explicitly upload it, and you can delete it from the cloud at any time. Never sold, never shared, no ads. FREE • LiDAR room and home scanning • AI floor plans (ANSI Z765), full editing, and measurements • In-scan photos • PDF, 3D model, and image exports • 1 shared web link at a time PREMIUM • Texture-baked walls and full textured 3D mesh • 3 shared links at a time, with link and QR sharing • Personalize PDFs with your name, logo, and agency details • iCloud sync across your devices PROFESSIONAL • 30 shared links at a time — enough for a full listing pipeline BUILT FOR • Real estate agents who want listings that stand out • Appraisers and property managers who need documented, standards-based areas • Architects, designers, and renovators who need fast, accurate as-builts • Homeowners and renters planning, furnishing, or advertising a space Scan your first room free. No account required. FloorLens Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
