Good Mornings

Good Mornings is made for people who struggle to get out of bed when their alarm goes off, hit snooze repeatedly, or spend half the morning feeling groggy. Good Mornings forces you out of bed. Instead of half-asleep snoozing over and over, or turning off with the tap of a button, it keeps ringing until you get up, walk over to an object you chose, and scan it with your camera to prove you're actually out of bed. By the time you've done that, you're up and moving, and your day has already started with a win. And if you want to keep the momentum going, Good Mornings walks you straight from your alarm into a simple morning routine: a few quick wins before the day pulls at you. It even helps the night before, with a bedtime reminder and an evening wind-down routine that get you to sleep on time. From winding down to waking up to winning the morning, everything gets dialed. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set your alarm: pick your wake-up time, days, and sound. 2. Pick your scan target: something away from your bed that forces you up, like the bathroom sink, your favorite coffee cup, even a mirror selfie. 3. It rings until you're up: you can't snooze repeatedly. The alarm won't stop until you've proven you're actually up. 4. Scan to stop it: point your camera at your target and the alarm turns off. You're actually up and your day has started with a win. No more time wasted snoozing every morning. WHY IT WORKS Good Mornings literally doesn't let you snooze, and forces you out of bed by making getting up the only way to turn the alarm off. Snoozing costs 30+ minutes every morning. That's wasted time that adds up to entire days of your life every year. Imagine what you could do with all that time back. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO START YOUR DAY RIGHT • Alarms you can't sleep through, powered by Apple's alarm system so they ring reliably, even with your phone locked and no internet • Morning and evening routines: start your day with a few quick wins, and we'll walk you through them • Bedtime reminders: a nudge to start winding down, because Good Mornings start the night before • 80+ awesome alarm sounds, from gentle to impossible to ignore • See your streak and how much time you've won back by snoozing less Good Mornings offers a subscription with a free trial so you can feel the difference first. Plans are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically until cancelled in your iPhone settings. Your days of snoozing half the morning away are over. NoNap is the alarm you can't snooze. One alarm, one wake-up mission, and your day starts. A stack of alarms trains your brain to ignore all of them. NoNap gives you one, at the time you actually meant, and it only stops when you have proved you are up. PICK WHAT GETS YOU UP Push-ups, squats, a dance, a shake, a maths problem, a photo of your made bed, or an object you have to find and show the camera. Missions are checked on the device, so there is no faking it, and you can change the mission any morning your brain learns to game the last one. NO SNOOZE. NO LOCK-SCREEN ESCAPE. NoNap uses the system alarm, the same one the Clock app uses, so it rings through silent mode and Focus. Finishing the mission is the only way out. KNOW YOUR REAL WAKE-UP TIME Streaks, badges and charts show the gap between the time you set and the time you actually got up. A NUDGE THE NIGHT BEFORE The morning is decided at bedtime. NoNap reminds you to wind down while it still makes a difference. SET IT IN TWENTY SECONDS Time, repeat days, mission, sound. That is the whole setup. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. Your alarms, wake-up history, camera frames and location never leave your phone. The camera never records. To help us fix problems, NoNap sends anonymous usage statistics and crash reports that never identify you. You can switch them off in Settings. NoNap Premium unlocks the app with a weekly, monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Previous purchases can be restored from the paywall or from Settings. Privacy policy: https://www.nonap.app/privacy Terms of use: https://www.nonap.app/terms
