About

SymptomLog

SymptomLog is a private daily diary for one person living with one long-term condition. Log how the day actually went in under a minute, then show your doctor a record instead of trying to remember. At setup you choose your condition — migraine, IBS and gut health, autoimmune, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, endometriosis, allergies, mental health, or something else — and your starting symptom list is built around it. WHAT ONE DAY LOOKS LIKE Tap the quick-log card on the home screen. Pick one of five moods, from Terrible to Great. Slide each symptom you track from 0 to 10. Tap anything that may have played a part: poor sleep, stress, weather change, a certain food, alcohol, exercise, a missed dose, menstrual cycle, dehydration, overexertion, travel, illness. Add a note if you want one, then save. That's the whole thing. The home screen shows your logging streak, your total days logged, and a week-at-a-glance strip, so you can see which days you missed and go back and fill them in. An optional reminder at a time you choose nudges you once a day. IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There's no account, no sign-up and no cloud sync. Your entries are stored on this device — no copy sits on a server, and nobody else can open your log. PREMIUM: TURN THE LOG INTO AN ANSWER • See the shape of it — trend lines, a severity breakdown, a calendar heatmap and your mood distribution across 7, 30 or 90 days. • Check your triggers — a frequency chart showing which triggers you tapped most over the period you chose. • Hand your doctor something readable — a full Doctor Report as a PDF, a single-symptom report, or a side-by-side comparison of two date ranges. • Keep the raw numbers — export everything as a CSV file. • Track what you actually have — add, remove and reorder your own symptoms. • Look back a full year instead of 30 days. You get a few minutes with your doctor. Spend them on the conversation, not on reconstructing the last three months out loud. GETTING STARTED Setup takes about a minute: choose your condition, choose the symptoms you want to start with, set a reminder if you'd like one. Daily logging and the last 30 days of history are included at no cost. Premium is available weekly or yearly, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase, whenever the charts and reports are worth it to you. The weekly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions, charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renewing unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your account settings. A trial is offered on a plan only when your account is eligible for one. Lifetime is a single purchase with no recurring charge. Current prices are shown on the plan screen in your local currency.
