Take your time back. TimeBack helps you cut screen time with real, enforceable blocks — not just gentle reminders. Built on Apple's Screen Time technology, it stays out of your way until the moment you need willpower most. BLOCK YOUR WAY • Daily Limits — give any app a per-day allowance; when it's spent, the app is blocked for the rest of the day • Forced Breaks — auto-pause after continuous use, so marathon sessions get a breather • Schedules — block apps during focus hours, dinner time or bedtime, on the weekdays you choose • Location Blocks — apps lock automatically when you arrive somewhere (library, office, classroom) • Your words on the wall — customize the block screen's title, message and buttons STAY HONEST • Face ID lock protects your settings • Optional guardian passcode — hand the key to someone you trust, so quitting is never one tap away • Prevent App Deletion — stops the impulsive "just delete the blocker" move (iOS applies this to all apps on the device while enabled) SEE PROGRESS • Today's usage and distraction counts at a glance • Weekly Review — a quiet Sunday summary of the time you took back PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. No account, no analytics, no server. TimeBack asks for Screen Time permission to block apps — that is its only required permission. Location is requested only if you use Location Blocks. Built by an indie developer. If TimeBack helps you, you can buy me a coffee in Settings.

About

屏律 · SignalBreak

Features

SignalBreak is an eye-rest, digital-wellbeing, and screen-habit companion for iPhone and iPad. “Signal” is the habit signal that keeps us looking at the screen; “Break” is an intentional pause in continuous use. The black-and-white TV static is a visual metaphor for that pause. It does not indicate or change a real network, call, video, or display state. Create focused rules for distracting screen use. When continuous use reaches your limit, SignalBreak can show a gentle notification or Apple’s Screen Time Shield and guide a short, healthy break. Navigation, meetings, and other important moments can be paused for a limited time, with protection resuming automatically. Key features: - Low-power continuous-use estimation with Apple Screen Time - Strong interventions, gentle reminders, and time-limited exceptions - Guided 20-second distance-gaze, closed-eye breathing, blinking, and gentle gaze-movement practices - Morning reports for the complete previous day and evening reflections for today - Daily Screen Time trends, daypart patterns, and Top 5 app summaries - Successful, incomplete, and pending intervention statistics - Five-part daily check-ins, seven-day care trails, and feeling trends - Home and Lock Screen widgets plus an iOS 18 Control Center entry - Local data-size visibility, separate record controls, and authorization controls - Reduce Motion and Dim Flashing Lights support - Designed for iPhone and iPad Optional Parent Insights adds more detailed seven-day hourly, per-app, bedtime, and continuous-use views for families who need them. It is a separate tier from Personal Insights and does not change the free core eye-break features. Detailed app data begins accumulating on device only while Parent Insights is active and can be cleared separately. Privacy: SignalBreak has no account, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Statistics stay in the on-device App Group. Detailed app duration and Top 5 availability depend on Apple authorization, OS version, and region. SignalBreak is a digital-wellbeing and habit aid. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Terms of Use (Apple Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
