Timely vs RemindPro

Most reminder apps nudge you once, then give up. Easy to miss, easy to ignore — and the thing doesn't get done. Timely keeps reminding you until you actually mark it complete. Persistent notifications Pick how often you're reminded per task: every 5 minutes, every 15, every hour. Timely keeps nudging until it's done. Configure it task-by-task. High priority alarms For the things you truly can't miss, turn on High priority and Timely sounds an audible alarm at the due time, breaking through Silent and Focus modes, and staying on screen until you act on it. Part of Timely Pro. Location-based reminders Get reminded when you arrive somewhere or leave it: take out the trash when you get home, grab milk when you leave work. Give a reminder a due date too, and whichever comes first wins. Part of Timely Pro. Make it yours Choose a font, an accent color and a background for your list, or use one of your own photos, and show your reminders as cards. Part of Timely Pro. Add reminders by voice Just ask Siri: "Add a to-do in Timely." Say what you want, when, and how often — hands-free. Natural language input Type it like you'd say it. "Call mom every Sunday." Timely parses the date, time, and repeat settings automatically, and "when I get home" sets it to one of your saved places. Also on your Mac Timely has a native Mac app that lives in your menu bar, reminds you there, and shares one list with your iPhone. Timely Pro is a universal purchase, so one subscription covers both. Flexible repeat scheduling Daily, weekly, custom intervals, or complex patterns. Build the exact schedule you need. Perfect for Medications, water breaks, habits, chores, appointments, follow-ups — anything you can't afford to forget. — Privacy Policy: https://www.andyreed.design/timely/privacy-policy Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Tired of "Notification Blindness"? We've all been there: a reminder pops up, you're busy for a second, you swipe it away—and then you forget completely. Most reminder apps notify you once and give up. RemindPro is different. Built for those who need a little extra push—including busy professionals, students, and the ADHD community—RemindPro ensures your most important tasks break through the noise. WHY REMINDPRO IS BETTER: While standard apps are passive, RemindPro is proactive. It doesn't just remind you; it stays with you until the job is done. CORE FEATURES: 1. PERSISTENT "NAG" PROFILES Choose how much "push" you need for every task: * Gentle: 3 pings at 5, 15, and 30 minutes. * Normal: 4 pings to keep you on track. * Aggressive: 5 rapid-fire pings for urgent deadlines. * Custom: Design your own escalation chain. 2. WORKS AROUND YOUR CALENDAR A reminder that would land in the middle of a meeting waits, then fires the moment it ends. Read-only access — your events are never changed and never leave your device — and you choose which calendars count. 3. PROOF YOU DID IT See exactly when you marked something done: today's times, the gap between each one, and previous days. For anyone who has ever stood in the kitchen wondering whether they already took today's dose. 4. LIVE ACTIVITIES & DYNAMIC ISLAND Keep your next "nag" in sight. Our Live Activities provide a real-time visual countdown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so you always know exactly how much time you have left to act. 5. SMART ALARMS (ALARMKIT) For mission-critical reminders, standard notifications aren't enough. RemindPro can trigger actual alarms that break through Silent Mode and Do Not Disturb, ensuring you wake up or speak up when it matters most. 6. STREAKS & HABIT INSIGHTS Turn consistency into a game. Track your streaks with a built-in grace period and view beautiful analytics dashboards to see when you're most productive. Export your data to CSV for deeper analysis. 7.
