Cue Line vs ActMate

Know your lines. Know you're ready. Cue Line listens to you rehearse and tells you exactly what you got right — like a scene partner that never gets tired. Built for actors, musical theatre performers, opera singers, and presenters. HOW IT WORKS • Upload a script (PDF, TXT) or paste it in • Pick your character — Cue Line finds every line for you • Press the mic and run the scene. Your cue lines are read aloud in distinct voices; you speak yours. • Get an instant score on accuracy, see which words you missed and watch lines move from bronze to gold as you master them. It's fully local for grading — no waiting, no web hops, just speak and see your score. WHAT'S INSIDE • Scene Partner — 12 voices to choose from, assigned per character. Plays your cues with realistic delivery so you can rehearse alone. • Self-Tape Studio — full teleprompter overlay with front-facing camera. Record your audition in landscape or portrait, save to your camera roll. • Rapid Fire drills — three modes (Timed, Random, Gauntlet) that push you to recall lines under pressure, the way auditions feel. • Personalized Coaching — daily coaching notes tailored to your practice patterns, plus on-demand technical feedback. • Trouble Spots & Mastery — Cue Line tracks the lines that trip you up and surfaces them in focused drills. Gold mastery decays if you don't recall, so you stay sharp through tech week. • Annotations & Emotion Tags — anchor every line to an objective ("to persuade," "to defend") and an emotion (joy, grief, resolve). Memory science, in your pocket. • Flashcard Review — silent cue → reveal→ swipe loop for stolen moments between scenes. • Built-In Library — Shakespeare, Wilde, Ibsen, Chekhov, Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Bizet, Rossini, Gilbert & Sullivan, and more. Public-domain scripts ready to rehearse. • Multilingual — works with Italian, German, French, English. Built for opera and international musical theatre. • Monologue Mode — Build Up (cumulative chunks), Practice Chunks, or Full Run. Perfect for audition prep. PRO FEATURES (7-day free trial) • Unlimited script imports • Scene Partner with 12 ElevenLabs voices • Self-Tape Studio • AI coaching notes + technical feedback • Rehearsal schedules • Library access • Daily coaching tips PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your scripts stay on your device.
