Prava vs Comic Bible

Faith grows when you slow down. Prava gives you the readings the Church hears together, every day of the year, a place to pray in your own words, and a Bible and Prayer Book that keep everything you read and pray. No streaks. No guilt. An honest record of your life with God. The daily readings. Every day of the year has its appointed readings, and Prava opens yours: the weekdays, the Sundays, and the feasts and memorials of the calendar. Read them whole, or phrase by phrase, in the order the Church reads them, with the time each one takes. Every Sunday’s readings carry a short teaching on the passage, what it says, where it sits, and what it is doing, so the reading is never handed to you cold. Pray in your own words. Write a prayer as it comes, or say it out loud and Prava writes down what you said. No recording is kept, and nothing is written for you. A few rough words are enough. Every prayer you pray is kept to be prayed again. Your Bible and Prayer Book. Two books that fill as you go. Read the whole Bible, highlight it, keep notes, save the verses you love, and watch how much of it you’ve covered. Every prayer you pray gets its own page, and the book opens to one from your past. Choose the covers, the paper and the type. You can even photograph a page of your physical Bible, and Prava reads your highlights and notes in. Nothing you read or pray gets lost. People. Turn “I’ll pray for you” into “I prayed.” Ask one person to pray for something, or tell someone you prayed for them, on a card you choose the look of. They tap “I prayed,” and you know. It works even if they don’t have Prava yet. One person at a time. No feed, no audience, no rankings. A few honest questions, once a day. How you’re feeling, what you’re carrying, how close God feels. Two minutes, no blank page. See your faith life clearly. Insights looks back with you: how you’ve been this month, what you’ve read and prayed, who you’ve prayed for, how much of the Bible you’ve covered, and a recap of every month. Nothing here can go down. A record, not a score. Lectio Divina. One passage each week, prayed a little differently each day across six unhurried movements: read it, hold it, notice what stirs, reflect, pray, and rest. An ancient way of praying the Word. You don’t move on, you go deeper. Prayers & Creeds. The prayers and creeds the Church has prayed for centuries: the Our Father, the Nicene Creed, and more, in the wording of your tradition. Each one carries a plain explanation of what it is, where it came from, and why we say it. Learn the words as you pray them. Built on grace. Miss a day and nothing breaks. Miss a week and Prava welcomes you back. Faith isn’t about perfection. It’s about honesty. Prava+ adds a teaching on every weekday reading; the NLT, NKJV, CSB and KJV alongside the free World English Bible; a written reflection on your week every Sunday, drawn closely from your own words; every color theme, in light and dark; and your own study system for marking your Bible. 10% of every Prava+ subscription funds global mission work.
