Champagne, decoded. Parcelles is a detailed, data-driven explorer of Champagne: its 8,000+ vineyard parcels and the champagnes made from them. From the chalk beneath the vines to the bottle in your hand, Parcelles brings it all together in one beautiful app, on iPhone and iPad. EXPLORE THE REGION Browse the entire Champagne wine region on a detailed interactive map. Tap any parcel to see its name, village, and classification instantly. Search across every vineyard, village, producer, and champagne. On iPad, the map and a floating detail panel sit side by side. EVERY CHAMPAGNE Explore the whole champagne catalogue of the region, from the grandes maisons to the smallest growers. Browse, search, and filter by cru, style, dosage, and grape variety to reach exactly the bottle you have in mind. INSIDE EVERY BOTTLE Open each bottle up. See the blend grape by grape, trace any cuvee back to the exact parcels it draws from, and read a portrait of the wine. Producer profiles connect every house to the land behind it. SAVED, PINNED, MEASURED Keep vineyards, producers, and champagnes on your account, each with a note and in lists of your own. Drop a pin with a note anywhere on the map, and measure a row, a parcel, or the elevation along a line. KNOW YOUR TERROIR Every parcel analyzed with altitude, slope, aspect, sun exposure, soil composition, and rankings against all of Champagne. Understand what makes each vineyard unique. WHAT LIES BENEATH Geology overlays, contour lines, and hillshade reveal the land that shapes each vineyard. The vineyard diorama builds any parcel as a lit 3D model with its surroundings, and a sun you can move through the day and the year. Elevation profiles show the surface geology and the rock layers below, reconstructed from real boreholes. DECADES OF CLIMATE Growing degree days, rainfall, frost, and sunshine decade by decade since 1950. See how climate has shaped the vines, the best years and the worst, all-time records, village by village. Plus a Climate Outlook with CMIP6 projections through 2040. SEASON TRACKER Follow the growing season day by day. Growing degree days, a 3-day forecast, frost warnings, vintage archetype forecasts, and harvest predictions, village by village, updated daily. AROUND ME Visiting Champagne? Discover which vineyards surround you, sorted by distance. Stand on the terroir and read it from your phone. About

Decanted

Features

A private journal for the wine you drink. Photograph the label. Decanted reads what it can - producer, name, vintage, region, grapes, alcohol - and fills the form in for you. Every field it suggests is marked, so you can see what came from the label and correct anything it got wrong before you save. Then add what only you know: a rating out of ten, where you were drinking it, what you paid, and a note you will be glad to have in two years. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to. Your bottles, photographs, notes and ratings are stored on your device and nowhere else. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go. You can give yourself a name and a photograph if you want them. The name travels only inside a file you choose to send. The photograph never leaves at all - it is not in a backup, not in anything you share, and not on a card you export. Reading a label happens on your device too. The text recognition is Apple's, running locally, so the photograph never leaves your phone to be read. If you allow location access, Decanted can fill in where you were drinking. The place name is looked up through Apple and only the name is saved - your coordinates are not stored, and you can leave location switched off entirely. BUILT FOR A COLLECTION THAT GROWS - Search by producer, name, region or grape - Filter by style, country, vintage, rating or favourite - Sort by what you tasted last, what you rated highest, or by vintage - Card grid or compact list, whichever you prefer - Similar bottles suggested from what you have already saved, so you can see what a new wine reminds you of WHAT IT ADDS UP TO Once there are enough bottles to say something, the journal starts answering questions you did not think to ask. Which countries and styles you actually drink, which grapes and vintages, where you were when you drank them, and how you tend to score. Alongside the charts, your top wines - overall, and within each style and country - ranked from the ratings you gave. There is nobody else's score involved and none is asked for: these are your opinions, counted. SEND A BOTTLE TO SOMEONE Share wines with another Decanted reader as a file. What arrives is kept aside until they choose to add it, and their journal remembers who it came from. Nothing goes anywhere until you send it, and you choose how. YOURS TO KEEP Export the whole journal - entries and photographs - as a single ordinary zip file. The wines are readable JSON and the photographs are ordinary images, so you can open it anywhere, not only here. Import it back on another device, or keep it as the backup that a journal with no server behind it needs. ALSO - Free, with nothing to buy inside it - No advertising and no tracking of any kind - Works with no connection at all - VoiceOver and Dynamic Type supported throughout - Light and dark Decanted is a record of wine you have already tasted. It is intended for adults of legal drinking age.
