CigaretteTimer
Read full descriptionHide full description
CigaretteTimer was created for a very simple reason: to prevent a cigarette from becoming an automatic gesture. Set a minimum interval, start the timer when you smoke, and let the app keep track of the time for you. CigaretteTimer does not tell you when to smoke. It simply helps create some space between one cigarette and the next, making it easier to distinguish a conscious choice from an automatic habit. On iPhone, you can leave the app in the background and follow the timer from the Lock Screen with a Live Activity. When the interval is reached, you receive a notification with sound and haptic feedback. On Mac, CigaretteTimer stays as a small, discreet cigarette on your desktop and synchronizes with iPhone through iCloud. Main features: β’ adjustable interval β’ start a new timer at any time β’ quickly add or remove 5 minutes β’ Live Activity on iPhone β’ notifications, sound and haptic feedback β’ MacβiPhone synchronization through iCloud β’ no account required β’ no advertising β’ no tracking CigaretteTimer is a personal habit-management tool and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
