Every day gets a disruption-risk score that factors rain probability, precipitation amount, wind gusts, thunderstorms, snow, and temperature extremes — not just a sunshine icon or a raw "chance of rain." Light rainy days that mess with your plans now show up as MODERATE instead of being hidden in a "2%" disruption bucket.
