Someone calls. It sounds like your grandson, and he needs money right now. Before you do anything, ask him his question. With ID-Firewall, everyone in your family picks their own private question, something only they would know. The app shows you their answer, so you can check in seconds whether it's really them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Everyone picks their own question. Each family member chooses something about their own life that isn't posted online, like which room the big plant lives in or their favorite fridge magnet. 2. A call comes in. Slide to verify and tap the person the caller says they are. 3. Read their question out loud. Their answer is already on your screen, so you don't have to remember anything. 4. Right answer? Keep talking. Wrong answer? The app tells you to hang up, and one tap opens a ready-to-send warning to the rest of your family. WHY FAMILIES USE IT - No shared family password. Each person only needs to know their own answer. - Nothing to read out or look up for the person being verified. They just answer a question about their own life. - You never say the answer out loud, so it isn't heard by whoever is on the line. KEY FEATURES - Guided verification: calm, step-by-step screens anyone can follow under stress. - One-tap family warnings: after a failed check, open a group text or email to everyone else, already addressed and written. You just hit send. - More than one question per person, so you can ask another if something feels off. - Activity history of every verification. - Secure invite codes, and the family admin approves every member. - Forgot your PIN? Request a reset by email. PRIVACY AND SECURITY - Questions and answers are encrypted with AES-256 and locked behind your PIN, Face ID or Touch ID. - We never record calls, never read your texts or emails, and never sell your data. - Delete your account and data at any time from Settings. SUBSCRIPTION ID-Firewall requires an annual subscription purchased by the family admin. It covers up to 5 family members, including the admin, and starts with a free trial. Members join at no cost with an invite code. Larger families can add more invites as an in-app purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. ID-Firewall is a verification aid and can't guarantee protection from every scam.
