PersonalProjects helps you manage your personal projects from start to finish — whether you're renovating a room, planning a garage sale, building something in the workshop, or tackling any project that has multiple steps and costs. ORGANIZE YOUR PROJECTS Break any project into high-level steps, then break those steps into manageable details. See exactly where you stand with completion percentages at every level — detail, step, and project. TRACK EVERY COST Record costs at the project, step, or detail level. Attach photos of receipts so you always have proof of purchase. Track refunds with negative amounts. See cost totals roll up automatically from the bottom to the top. Categorize spending by Materials, Labor, Equipment, Permits, Rentals, Professional Services, and more. STAY ON TOP OF DEADLINES Set due dates on individual details and get a Dashboard view showing what's overdue and what's coming due in the next 14 days — across all your projects at once. CAPTURE NOTES AND IMAGES Add notes at the step and detail level to capture what’s been done, what’s needed, and what problems came up. Attach images to document purchases, materials, labor, or anything else that benefits from a visual record. GENERATE PDF REPORTS Print or share a professional PDF report for any project. Choose a Full Report showing everything, or a Remaining Work report showing only what's left to do. All steps, details, notes, costs, and images are included. ORGANIZE WITH TAGS Create color-coded tags to organize projects by category or person — Home, Vehicle, Yard, or anyone involved. Filter your project list by tag and status to find what you need instantly. BACKUP AND RESTORE Export all your data to a JSON file and save it to iCloud Drive, email it, or AirDrop it as a backup. Restore from any previous export at any time. Your data is always safe. PERSONAL AND PRIVATE PersonalProjects stores your data privately on your device and in your personal iCloud account. No accounts, no subscriptions, no ads.
