Frequency Healer
Read full descriptionHide full description
Frequency Healer plays calm, slowly changing sound sessions for sleep, focus, relaxation and meditation. Each one layers a soft tone and a binaural beat under natural sounds and music: rain, ocean swell, forest at night, piano. PRESS PLAY AND LET IT RUN Home suggests a session for the time of day: something to focus in the morning, relax in the afternoon and wind down at night. Pick a length and press play. Your last session is one tap away, and new sessions get their own row each week. SESSIONS WITH A SHAPE A session is not a loop. Its beat moves over time, for example from light theta into deep delta as you drift off, and it stretches to fit the length you choose: 15 minutes, an hour, all night, or anything from 5 minutes to 8 hours. KNOW WHAT YOU'LL HEAR Tap any session in the Library to see what it is for, which sounds it uses and how the beat changes, before you start. MAKE YOUR OWN Choose how you want to feel (Sleep, Relax, Focus or Meditate) and the app sets the tone and the beat. Then swap the sounds, add more and set each level. You hear it as you build it, and you can save it when it sounds right. CHANGE IT AS IT PLAYS While a session plays, open the mix to turn a sound up or down, swap it for another or change the tone. Save any session to your Library and it plays exactly as you left it, even without a connection. ALSO ⢠Keeps playing in the background and with the screen off ⢠The nine Solfeggio tones from 174 Hz to 963 Hz, or any tone from 40 to 1000 Hz ⢠Binaural beats from deep delta to beta ⢠Search by what you need: sleep, anxiety, focus, energy, meditation and more USE HEADPHONES FOR BINAURAL BEATS Each ear hears a slightly different tone, and the beat is the difference between them, so it needs stereo headphones. The tones and sounds work on speakers too. FOR WELLBEING ONLY Frequency Healer is for relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, talk to a doctor. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker or any other medical condition, ask your doctor before use.
