Sympto

Sympto is a menstrual cycle journal for basal body temperature, cervical mucus, bleeding and personal notes. Keep your observations together and explore them on a clear cycle chart. No account required. LEARN BY DOING The interactive tour highlights real controls and guides you through recording temperature, adding an observation and opening your chart. Practise with separate sample data. Skip the tour whenever you like, or start it again in Settings. DAILY OBSERVATIONS • Record temperature, measurement time and disturbances. • Note mucus characteristics and sensations separately. • Add optional cervix observations, bleeding and intercourse entries. • Write notes in your own words. YOUR CYCLE CHART Switch between the mobile chart and the full cycle sheet. Review previous cycles and add your own markings. Set a reminder for your daily temperature measurement. YOUR DATA, YOUR COPY Your observations are stored on your device. Save your chart as a PDF to view or print. Save a data backup in a location you choose, then restore it on another phone. A backup is a separate file and does not update automatically. CSV export and JSON format details are available under Advanced options. MAKE IT YOURS Use Sympto in English, German, French or Polish. Choose your date format, 12/24-hour clock and °C or °F separately. Switch between light and dark themes. Sympto is a recording tool. It does not automatically interpret fertility or predict ovulation. Selecting an observation method saves a preference; it does not apply that method’s rules to your chart. Interpret observations yourself according to the method you have learned. The app does not replace medical advice or guidance from a qualified fertility awareness instructor.

Make sense of your cycle. Your body does not run on a calendar average. Ovuly combines your cycle history with health data from Apple Watch to help forecast your period, fertile window, and ovulation. As you track more cycles, Ovuly learns more about your patterns. SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING Check your cycle day and phase at a glance. Log flow, spotting, symptoms, mood, and notes without digging through endless menus. A color-coded calendar shows what is coming, while trends help connect changes in energy, mood, and symptoms to each phase of your cycle. USE THE DATA YOU ALREADY HAVE If you choose to connect Apple Health, Ovuly can use wrist temperature, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep data recorded by Apple Watch. These signals add context to your cycle history and improve Ovuly's forecasts. You can also export menstruation and spotting data back to Apple Health. PARTNER MODE Your partner can follow your cycle and keep up with where you are. OVULY PLUS Ovuly Plus unlocks period, fertile window, and ovulation forecasts, personalized insights, full symptom logging, and advanced calendar features. Look up to 12 months ahead, compare cycle lengths over time, and spot patterns in how you feel. The basic cycle view, phase summaries, quick logging, and phase guide remain free. PRIVATE BY DESIGN You do not need an account or email address. Ovuly has no server that stores your cycle history. Your data stays in your own iCloud account and syncs across your devices with end-to-end encryption. Apple Health and iCloud sync are optional, and Ovuly never sells your data.
