ICS Import adds a whole .ics roster, rota or timetable to iPhone Calendar at once, with duplicate detection built for schedules that change. When the next version of the file arrives, it adds the new events, updates the changed ones and deletes the ones that were removed. No duplicates, no dropped shifts left behind, nothing to delete by hand. DUPLICATE DETECTION FOR SCHEDULES THAT CHANGE • Open the new version of a schedule and ICS Import recognises the one you imported before, by its event IDs (UID) and file name • See exactly what's new, changed and removed before anything happens • Shifts dropped from the new roster and cancelled classes are deleted, not left behind. A plain duplicate check only skips events that are already there • Unchanged events stay as they are, reminders and all • Only the new file's dates are affected, so next month's roster never deletes this month's IMPORT HISTORY AND UNDO • Every import is listed on the home screen • One tap undoes an entire import, even hundreds of events • Put a schedule in a calendar of its own to share it with family or hide it in one go WORKS WITH THE FILE AND CALENDARS YOU ALREADY HAVE • Adds events to any calendar on your iPhone: iCloud, Google, Outlook, Exchange or On My iPhone • Rosters and pairings exported from crew and shift apps, university and school timetables from Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard and Brightspace, season fixtures, conference agendas, invites • Opens files from Mail, Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messages, Files and Safari, including the ones iPhone shows but won't add • Night shifts that cross midnight, all-day events, repeat rules, skipped dates and reminders come through right • Fixes Outlook and Exchange time zones like "Pacific Standard Time" that make times come out hours off • No airline, hospital or school password. No account, no ads PRIVATE BY DESIGN The file is read on your iPhone and nothing is uploaded. Adding events needs only write-only calendar access, so ICS Import can't read your calendar. Replace, Undo and creating a calendar ask for full access, used only to find and delete events ICS Import added. The app has no network access. FREE TO TRY, PAY ONCE The free version previews every event, adds up to 3 events per import, and Undo is always free. A single one-time purchase unlocks whole schedules and Replace. No subscription. HOW TO USE 1. Tap the .ics file in any app, tap Share, then ICS Import 2. Pick the calendar and tap Add 3. Next time the schedule changes, open the new file and tap Update Tested against hundreds of real files from Google Calendar, Outlook, Exchange, Apple Calendar, Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Airbnb, Eventbrite, Meetup, TripIt and more. If a file doesn't come through the way you expect, email support with the file and it gets fixed.
