About

Runigo

Runigo is a game you play on your runs, right on the streets around you. Each day it places a new set of flags on nearby paths. Run to them, capture them and collect the points. The further out you go, the more every flag and every metre is worth. HOW CAPTURE THE FLAG WORKS • Up to 35 flags appear each day, every one on a path you can run. • They spread across five coloured rings that reach 5 km from where you start. • A flag is worth 2,000 points in the nearest ring and 10,000 in the outermost. • Every metre scores too, from 1 point near your start to 5 in the outer ring. • Reach a flag and tap Capture to claim it. With Runigo Pro, flags are captured automatically as you pass. • Flags reset at midnight, so tomorrow brings a fresh set. • Prefer a plain run? Go without flags and your distance still earns points. LEADERBOARD AND FRIENDS • Global Leaderboard: see where you stand among runners everywhere this week, this month or of all time. • Add friends by username and join the challenges they send you. CHALLENGES Creating a challenge needs Runigo Pro. Joining one you’ve been invited to doesn’t. • Leaderboard: the highest score or longest distance wins, over a day, a week, two weeks or a month. • Capture the Point: every player has a flag. Capture a rival’s and you gain a point for every minute you hold it, while they lose one. • Track: plan a one-way or loop route, then race it for your best time, alone or against friends. Stay on the route or the attempt won’t count. PROGRESS • Set a weekly goal of one to seven runs and build daily and weekly streaks. • Earn 20 achievements, from your first run to 200 flags captured. • See your totals, averages and best times for 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon. • A grid of your running days shows how consistent you’ve been. HOME • Today’s weather and the next six hours, so you can pick your moment. • Your daily steps from Apple Health, with a step goal you choose. • A weekly snapshot of your distance, time, points and pace. • Kilometres or miles, whichever you prefer. • Runs save even without signal and upload when you’re back online. See you out there. RUNIGO PRO Runigo Pro has an optional subscription. It adds: • Creating all three challenge types: Leaderboard, Track and Capture the Point • Automatic flag capture Everything else in Runigo works without a subscription.
