Rhevio is a task planner for adults with ADHD. Say everything on your mind, and it shows you one task, not a list of forty. Tap Start for 2 minutes. If you stop there, that's still a win. You have probably tried planners before. They worked for a week or two, then you missed a day, the list filled with red, and the app became one more thing to avoid. Rhevio is built around those days. Nothing counts the days you missed, and nothing breaks when you come back. "I built Rhevio for my family. I watch how they use it, and I keep improving it." - Rhevio's founder HOW IT WORKS 1. Empty your head. Tap the mic and say everything at once. Messy is fine. Rhevio turns it into separate tasks and picks one to do first. 2. Get one thing. The Now screen shows a single task in big type with roughly how long it takes. Not this one? Skip to the next. 3. Start small. Tap Start and a 2-minute timer runs. Keep going if you want, or stop. Rhevio counts it as a win either way. WHAT'S INSIDE • Now: one task at a time, with Start, Not this one and Smaller. Smaller shows just the next step of a task that has steps. On iPhone models with Apple Intelligence, it can also break a vague task into small steps. • Energy from sleep: if you allow Apple Health, Rhevio can suggest today's energy level from how you slept and pick tasks to match. You can turn it off in Settings. • Brain dump: say it or type it. Phrases like "every Monday" become routines, "when I get home" ties a task to a place, and "at 9:30" sets a time. Voice works in many languages. Routine and place phrases are English for now. • A plant that grows: every finished task waters it. Your first win sprouts it, and it never dies. Finished plants go to your garden. • Routines that bend: daily, weekly, monthly or every few days, repeating from when you last did something, not from the calendar. Mark a routine as medication for a simple did-I-take-it checklist (a checklist, not medical advice). A dose is never counted as a win or a miss. • Places: tie a task to a place and it waits until you arrive. • Evening reflection: a short "How was today?" each evening, then a look at your week. No scores. • Widgets and controls: four widgets for your Home and Lock Screen (next task, medication, routine progress, mood check-in), Control Center controls to capture a task, start focus or check in, and Live Activities on your Lock Screen. All free, except the focus timer Live Activity, which is Premium. • Focus alarm: longer focus sessions can end with a real alarm, even on silent, once you allow it. • Your look: System, Light or Dark with four accent colors. All free. FREE, NO ACCOUNT No sign-up. Free to use, with no time limit: • Unlimited tasks and brain dumps • Smaller, the plant and garden • Evening reflection and your week • All themes, the 4 widgets, Control Center controls and Live Activities (except the focus timer one) • 3 active routines at any frequency and 1 place PREMIUM Premium adds unlimited routines and places, iCloud sync across your devices, sending tasks to someone, and the focus timer Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Monthly and yearly plans both come with a 7-day free trial, one free trial per Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Rhevio is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition. Rhevio does not replace treatment, medication or advice from your doctor. Requires iOS 26 or later. Built by Michelle, solo founder. Actually helps you find out, one timed session at a time. The dread is almost always bigger than the task. Here's how it works: name the task you've been avoiding, guess how long it'll take, then hit start. Actually films you doing it and builds a shareable timelapse comparing your guess to the real time. Most people find out the thing they dreaded for days takes twelve minutes. No shame, no guilt trips, no hustle-culture noise. Just a gentle nudge and a little proof that you can, in fact, do the thing. One App Store reviewer put it this way: "I love how I can predict how long it will take and then actually find out the real time it took." — DavidProductTester, App Store review BIG TASKS, SMALL STEPS • Break big tasks into steps, with photo proof at each one • Overwhelming projects turn into a simple checklist POINTS, STREAKS AND BADGES • Earn points, levels and streaks along the way • Unlock 27 badges across five categories as you build momentum YOUR WEEK • Set a weekly goal and watch a live progress card fill in as you go • Every Sunday, get a warm recap of your week instead of a guilt-trip reminder TIMELAPSES WORTH WATCHING • Speed ramps and a Before/After ending • Share straight to Instagram Stories or Feed if you want to show off your win PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • Everything lives on your phone • No account required • Your sessions and videos stay private unless you choose to share them STRAIGHT TO YOUR FIRST WIN • No quiz, no account: name one task, guess the time, and start • Filming is optional, and the timer works great on its own TRY IT FREE • Your first 3 sessions are free • Then unlock unlimited sessions with Actually Pro https://procrastination-clock.rork.app/terms https://procrastination-clock.rork.app/privacy
