Franchiselore vs Barklog

Franchise is the ultimate tracker for movies, TV shows, comics, manga, books, and games — all organized by the franchises you love. TRACK EVERYTHING Never lose track of what you've watched, read, or played. Mark items as completed, bookmark things for later, and rate everything from 1 to 100. Franchise keeps your entire entertainment history in one place. SERIES & COMICS SUPPORT Dive deep into your favorite series with season and episode tracking. Reading comics or manga? Track every single issue. Franchise even shows your progress with beautiful progress bars so you always know how far you've come. CHARACTER FRANCHISES Here's where Franchise gets unique. When you enter a series through a character — say Batman — tapping the checkmark only marks the episodes featuring Batman. Enter through Catwoman, and it marks Catwoman's episodes instead. A green checkmark means you've seen everything. Purple means you've completed your character's appearances. No other app does this. PROGRESS & STATS See your completion percentage for every franchise, every category, every series. Sort by progress or name. Mark your favorites with a heart and filter to focus only on what matters to you. AI FRANCHISE ASSISTANT Chat with our built-in AI assistant powered by Gemini. Ask anything about movies, series, games, or books. The assistant even detects franchises and items mentioned in the conversation and shows quick links so you can jump straight to their detail pages. SOCIAL FEATURES Add friends and see what they're watching, reading, and playing in real time. Browse their latest activity, read their comments, and check out the ratings they give. Send and receive friend requests, manage your connections, and stay up to date with everyone's franchise journey. COMMENTS & LIKES Leave comments on any movie, episode, comic issue, or game. Like your friends' comments. Sort comments by newest, oldest, most liked, or least liked. Your comment history and liked comments are always just a tap away. RATINGS Rate anything from 1 to 100. See the global average score and how many people have voted. Rate individual episodes and comic issues too — not just the main titles. POWERFUL SEARCH Search across all franchises and all content instantly. Find a movie, series, character, or game in seconds no matter how large your library grows. LIST OR GRID Prefer a clean poster grid? Or a detailed list with progress info? Switch between views anytime from your profile settings. YOUR PROFILE Customize your profile with a name, unique username, and profile photo. Browse your watch history organized by category. Check your bookmarks, your comments, and the comments you've liked. Franchise is the app for people who are serious about their entertainment. Whether you're a Marvel completionist, a DC comics reader, an anime fan tracking every arc, or a gamer working through a massive series Franchise is built for you. Start tracking. Start discovering. Start sharing.

You own more games than you'll ever finish. Barklog is where you keep track of them anyway. Add a game, then mark it waiting, playing, completed, or abandoned. That's the whole system. Whatever you're playing sits at the top, so the game you're actually in the middle of is the first thing you see. ABANDONED IS A REAL ANSWER Most trackers give you a "finished" box and quietly assume you'll get there. You won't. Barklog lets you say so in one tap and stop thinking about it. No judgement. FIND THE NEXT ONE Explore shows what's popular, what's coming out, and what just landed. Already know the name? Search for it. Tap any game for its cover, platforms, genres, who made it, what the ratings look like, and which games it's similar to. SHARE A VIDEO, PICK THE GAME You're watching a clip of some game and you can't work out what it is. Share the video to Barklog from YouTube or TikTok and it figures out which game the clip is about, then hands you the candidates to pick from. All it reads is the video title and the channel name. TEN AT A TIME, FREE Barklog is free for ten unfinished games: the ones waiting, and the ones you're partway through. Finish one, or admit you're done with it, and the slot comes back. Games you've completed or abandoned never count against the ten, so the shelf behind you can get as long as it likes. Premium takes the cap off. Nothing else changes. GAME DATA Every cover, release date, platform, genre and summary in Barklog comes from IGDB, a games database its community maintains. BARKLOG PREMIUM Barklog Premium removes the ten-game cap and nothing else. It comes as two auto-renewable subscriptions, Barklog Premium Monthly and Barklog Premium Yearly, both starting with a 7-day free trial. The price for your region is shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
