Ripple vs Hangear

Tired of endless scrolling without connection? Make a wave on Ripple and connect with new people your age through group matching and real conversations. Ripple is a social connection app designed for teens to meet new people in a fun and interactive way. Instead of endless swiping, Ripple introduces a new way to connect. Each round, you are placed into a small group of 10 people your age. After exploring profiles and messaging others, you select 3 people you want to match with. If the feeling is mutual, you match and can start chatting. Ripple combines group discovery, messaging, and light gamification to make meeting people feel more natural and engaging. How Ripple Works Group Matching • Get placed in a group of 10 people your age • Explore profiles and start conversations • Choose the 3 people you’d most like to match with Mutual Matches • When two people choose each other, a match is created • Continue the conversation in private chat Built-in Messaging • Seamless chat with your matches • Keep conversations going inside the app Streaks and Activity • Maintain streaks with friends • Stay active and keep the connection going Designed for Teens Ripple is built specifically for people ages 13–18, creating a space where teens can meet others in their age group, build friendships, and connect with new people. Why Ripple is Different • Group-based matching instead of endless swiping • A more social, interactive way to meet people • Gamified features that keep conversations alive • A platform designed specifically for teens Start your ripple and see where the connections take you.
