Salty is a personal expense tracker you can start using without an account. Record expenses, income, and transfers, then see your daily spending, monthly budget, and account balances in one place. Available in English and Korean, with amounts recorded in Korean won (KRW). Quick, flexible entry Save a transaction with just an amount and a category. Add a date, merchant, note, or payment account when you need more detail. Start with simple expense tracking and switch to account management whenever you like. On supported devices with Apple Intelligence enabled, paste Korean payment messages or pass them through a Shortcuts automation for on-device analysis. Review the extracted details before saving. This feature requires iOS 26 or later and Korean language support; other features remain available on unsupported devices. When several payment messages are queued in the inbox, review and save each one, then continue directly to the next. Overseas payments Record original payment amounts in 14 currencies, including USD and JPY, and calculate KRW estimates using the latest public reference exchange rates. Review unconfirmed payments and update them when the final card bill is available. Totals and budgets remain in KRW; estimates may differ from billed amounts and card fees. On supported devices, payment-message analysis also recognizes supported foreign currencies and amounts. Spending and budgets at a glance See today's spending, monthly totals, spending by category, and recent transactions on Home. Set a budget for this month or make it repeat every month, and keep track of your remaining budget, progress, and daily allowance through the end of the month. Income recorded for the month is included in your available budget. You can exclude an expense or income entry from budget calculations while keeping its transaction record and account balance effects. One place for your transactions Browse expenses, income, and transfers by month or a date range. Search by merchant, income source, note, or payment account, and narrow your history by transaction type, category, and multiple payment accounts. Save frequently used filters and apply them again. Optional account management Add cash, bank accounts, and credit cards to see account balances, outstanding card balances, and net worth.
