About

Kaizen

Features

Science-based lifting, built on progressive overload. Kaizen is a strength training tracker built around one idea: get a little better every week. Log your sets, and Kaizen tells you what to lift next time. No guesswork, no spreadsheets. KNOW WHAT TO BEAT Every set shows your target from last time. Hit the top of your rep range on every set and Kaizen adds weight. Fall short and it holds the load until you get there. That's double progression, the method coaches use, done for you. TRAIN BY EFFORT Rate each set with RPE (rate of perceived exertion). Kaizen uses it to calibrate your starting weights in week one, to adjust your targets, and to warn you when you're pushing too hard. BUILD ANY SPLIT Push Pull Legs (same days twice or A & B versions), Upper / Lower, Full Body, Bro split or your own. Pick your exercises, set your sets, and put your weak point first. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Estimated 1RM, top set and volume charts for every lift • Personal records by rep count • Hard sets per muscle each week • A month view of every session and deload week FIX PLATEAUS EARLY When a lift stalls for three sessions, Kaizen spots it and gives you clear options: reset the reps, take a deload week or swap the exercise. DAILY CHECK-IN Thirty seconds each morning: bodyweight, sleep, energy and soreness. Kaizen turns it into a readiness score, so you know when to push and when to ease off. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your body data (weight, height, body fat, sleep, energy, soreness) stays on your iPhone. Your workouts sync to your account so you never lose them. Delete your account and data at any time from Settings. Light and dark mode. Available in English and French. KAIZEN PRO Start with a 7-day free trial. Then choose monthly, 3 months, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. The call

The clearest difference is ads: Kaizen at none against Peakly's shown. Kaizen also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days) and device support (3 vs 1). Peakly's advantage is iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
