Clasp is a studio log for handmade jewelry makers: beaders, wire wrappers and anyone who sells at craft fairs or online. Catalog your supply stash, document every design, and see what each piece really costs before you price it. YOUR SUPPLY STASH Log every bead, wire, finding, stone, tool and packaging supply with category, colors, finish, brand or source, quantity and unit, stock status, price paid and price per unit, supplier and storage location. Filter by category, search by name, brand or color, and see what is running low on the home screen. DOCUMENT EVERY DESIGN Each design keeps a photo, type, status (idea, in progress, complete, for sale, sold, gift, custom order, sample), difficulty, time to make, techniques, color palette, step-by-step instructions, notes and your rating. When a customer asks for that bracelet again, the recipe is there. Perfect for Etsy sellers who want to remake their bestsellers. PRICE YOUR WORK Time your bench work with the built-in timer and the minutes go straight onto the design. Clasp adds materials, labor at your hourly rate and overhead into a total cost, suggests a retail price at 3x cost or at your own markup, and shows your margin once you enter what the piece sold for. The quick price calculator works out any piece with the markup you choose, whether you sell at craft fairs or on Etsy. ORDERS AND CRAFT FAIRS (PRO) Track custom orders with customer, sales channel, due and ship-by dates, status from new to delivered, sale price, materials, platform fees, shipping and tracking, and see the profit on each one. For craft fairs, log the booth fee and every sale, and see revenue and profit per event, so you know which shows are worth going back to. Clasps is a private catalogue for a jewelry and handbag collection. Take the photo. Clasps fills in the details. Photograph a piece and Clasps names it and describes it for you: the metal, the stones, the style, the era. That’s the whole job. Make changes on your own time, or never. Recording a collection of two hundred pieces becomes an afternoon, not a project. Keep the story. Who gave it, where it was bought, the day it was worn. Fill it in over time, in any order, in your own words. Ready for the insurer. Appraisals, receipts and certificates live with the piece. An insurance schedule is one tap, as a PDF or straight to the printer. Ready for the next generation. Name who each piece goes to, note whether it’s in the will, and hand your attorney a report that says so. Private by design. Face ID or your passcode every time the app opens, and again for values and documents. Photographs and details are encrypted on the way and where they rest. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers — there are no advertisers. Export everything, photographs included, whenever you like. Free for up to 50 pieces. Clasps Deluxe adds unlimited pieces, a wish list that drafts itself from a photo or a link, insurance and estate reports, spreadsheet import and export, custom fields, and full-resolution backup to the cloud. $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year, billed through the App Store; cancel any time in Settings › Subscriptions.
