Reflective Todo is a task manager built around how action really happens. Your day is more than completed or failed. Capture what matters, choose when to act, finish it, make partial progress, or adjust the plan when life changes. Each honest action becomes a clue that can make the next step easier. CHOOSE WHAT MATTERS TODAY Put your real priority under Today’s Focus. Keep optional work under If There’s Energy. A calmer plan helps you protect attention without turning every task into an obligation. CAPTURE FIRST, SCHEDULE LATER Quickly save an idea, then choose the right structure: • An anytime task • A task planned for a specific day • A task with a real deadline • A weekly frequency goal Tomorrow, future plans, weekly goals, and deadlines stay organized in one Scheduled view. COUNT PROGRESS, NOT JUST COMPLETION Some work takes more than one session. Mark partial progress, record where you are, and choose whether to continue today, reschedule, return it to the inbox, or let it go. ADJUST WITHOUT JUDGMENT Not finishing is information, not failure. Note what happened, move the task to tomorrow, this week, next week, or the inbox, and leave a small next step for your future self. REFLECT WITH TEXT, PHOTOS, AND VOICE After completing or rescheduling a task, add a written reflection, attach photos, take a picture, or record a voice note. Revisit and edit past reflections so useful lessons do not disappear. CLOSE THE DAY GENTLY Evening Review brings together what you completed, progressed, and adjusted. Save one thought worth remembering. There is no score and no streak to protect. SEE YOUR OWN PATTERNS Weekly Review and Insights help you notice: • Common reasons plans change • Effective action across focus and optional tasks • Tasks that keep getting rescheduled • Day-of-week action trends • Weekly goal progress The patterns come from your actual activity. You never need to enter data just to satisfy a chart. LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN Tasks, reflections, photos, and audio stay on this device by default. Customize morning planning and evening review reminders. Pro also supports password-protected export and restore. Reflective Todo helps you act quietly, adjust honestly, and understand what works for you. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
