Todoshi is a collaborative task and project manager built for personal work and teams. Organize projects with a flexible Agile-style workflow and move work through clear stages including Backlog, Todo, In Progress, Review, and Done. When working with others, share projects, invite members, assign tasks, track progress, manage editing permissions, and collaborate through task comments and real-time updates. Need something simpler? Create a shared Checklist for everyday lists, household requests, travel preparation, team checklists, and other lightweight workflows. Assign responsibility, see who completed an item, keep track of new activity, use subtasks and checklists, and manage work from one focused workspace. Todoshi also includes calendar views, search, widgets, task priorities, due dates, reminders, member permissions, and personal projects that can remain local to your device. From personal planning to collaborative projects, Todoshi gives you the structure of a project manager without unnecessary complexity. Organize work. Share responsibility. Make progress
