Keep home maintenance from becoming another thing to remember. HomeKeep brings recurring tasks, seasonal checklists, reminders, and home records into one practical plan for iPhone and iPad. See what needs attention today, prepare for upcoming work, and keep a history of what you have done. A PLAN FOR YOUR HOME Start with the systems your property actually has. Your Home Plan highlights today's work and what to plan next. Use Needs Attention for urgent work or Quick Wins for DIY jobs taking 30 minutes or less. Add your own tasks, adjust schedules, and hide or remove work that does not apply. Manage up to three properties, each with its own maintenance plan. CHECKLISTS THAT REMEMBER Track upkeep for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, the yard, and more. Tick off a task's steps as you work; your progress stays saved when you close the app. Each new maintenance cycle starts fresh. Find suggested supplies, estimated costs, and guidance on when to call a professional. Use focused checklists for storms, freezing weather, and vacations. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY Choose a preferred local reminder time and how far ahead a task should notify you. Tap a reminder to open its task. Postpone a reminder until tomorrow while keeping the task's due date in place. YOUR APPLIANCE LIBRARY Keep manufacturer, model and serial numbers, purchase dates, manual links, notes, and warranty dates with the property they belong to. Link related maintenance tasks so your records and routine care stay connected. Search your appliances, see warranties nearing expiration, and opt into a warranty reminder. HOME RECORDS YOU CAN CORRECT Save filter sizes, water shutoff locations, task notes, photos, and receipt images. Search your maintenance history across homes. Undo recent completions and scheduling changes while working in the app. Correct a completion's date or notes, or remove an accidental entry. SEE YOUR PLAN AT A GLANCE Use Home Screen widgets, the calendar, and seasonal views to check upcoming work in the way that suits you. Plan supplies and estimated maintenance costs before you start. BACK UP WHEN YOU CHOOSE Export a full backup or a spreadsheet and choose where to save or share it. Settings shows completed backup exports. Occasional reminders inside the app can help after substantial changes; postpone them or turn them off at any time. THE FULL APP. NO EXTRA UNLOCKS. HomeKeep includes unlimited active tasks and appliance records, up to three homes, widgets, reminders, checklists, history, and backups. No subscription or additional in-app purchase is required. Existing customers, including previous Lifetime buyers, keep full access when they update. No account, ads, or subscription. Everyday planning, saved records, checklists, and reminders work offline. Your home data stays on your device. HomeKeep does not provide iCloud sync or shared household accounts and does not use tracking or third-party analytics. Manual, reference, and shopping links open externally. Designed for first-time homeowners, busy households, and anyone who wants an easier way to keep up with a home.
