You scroll. You don't think. Now: Your phone is the easy escape. When work gets hard. When you're bored. When you're avoiding something. You reach for your phone out of instinct. After Stackwall: You tap a distracting app, Stacky opens instead. You tell him what's happening. He helps you pause, rethink the moment, and choose what to do next. [HOW IT WORKS] Block distracting apps. When you open one, Stackwall opens instead. Chat with Stacky AI about the moment. He responds to what you tell him and offers swipeable cards based on your needs. Cards can be better self-talk, affirmations, steps to focus on your goal/task, or ideas for something better to do. When a card fits, keep it, edit it, save it for later, or record it in your own voice. Then tap through cards, play a game, or use the timer for a focus session. Each tap, game, and session earns time. Spend your earned time to unlock your apps. They lock again when the time runs out. Stacky sets daily spend limits, so even if you earn a lot, you can only spend so much time every day. [THE 24-HOUR RULE] Set your blocking rules while you're calm. Changes to blocked apps, categories, earn rates, and unlock limits take 24 hours to apply. An urge cannot change them in the moment. [FEATURES] - Block selected apps and categories with Screen Time - Chat with Stacky, an interactive AI guide - Swipe through cards for self-talk, focus, and next steps - Edit, save, favorite, and organize phrases - Record phrases in your own voice - Play voice recordings while you tap or use the timer - Earn time with taps, games, and timer sessions - Spend earned time in temporary unlock passes - Set an optional hard daily unlock limit - Track streaks, daily goals, activity, and brick wall progress - Add Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets - Start without an email or account [WHO IT'S FOR] โ€ข You reach for your phone when work gets hard, boring, or uncomfortable โ€ข You bypass the limits you set the same day โ€ข You want app blocking that requires effort, not just another timer โ€ข You want a hard daily ceiling, not only friction โ€ข You want something to do instead of doomscrolling โ€ข You want to get back to what you meant to do โ€ข You want access to be a choice, not a reflex Terms of Use (EULA): [https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) Privacy Policy: [https://www.stackwall.app/privacy](https://www.stackwall.app/privacy)

About

Unfry

Features

Unfry is an app blocker that helps you reduce screen time by earning your next break. Read, study, move or make something, then use your effort to unlock time for the apps you enjoy. When a quick check becomes a long scroll, give yourself a reason to do something else first. Combine scheduled app blocking, a focus timer and small daily activities to make more room for life outside your screen. How it works 1. Choose the distracting apps you want to block and set your schedule. 2. Complete an Unfry activity or Quick Bit to earn Braincells, your in-app coins. 3. When you want a break, tap Fry to spend Braincells on screen time. Earning coins does not automatically unlock your apps. Your selected apps lock again when the break ends and your blocking schedule is active. App blocking that fits your day Use Frywall to block selected apps during study, work or other times you want fewer distractions. Set a schedule or choose always-on protection. Decide when to spend your earned screen time instead of opening an app out of habit. A focus timer for things worth doing Read a chapter, study for an exam, work on a project, write or choose another activity. Set your timer, keep Unfry open and give the task your attention. Completed timed sessions earn Braincells without a photo check. Quick Focus offers a simple way to start a focus session. Quick Bits for small wins Use a few spare minutes for a short activity. Go for a walk, do push-ups or squats, hold a plank, make your bed or tidy up. You can also follow a breathing exercise, take a moment for prayer or write a reflection. Quick Bits use guided steps, movement tracking or photo checks, depending on the activity. Choose a small action that fits the time and energy you have. Fewer distractions in the evening and morning Set bedtime and wake-up routines to create space around your first and last scroll. Night protection restricts distracting apps while you follow your routine. See your progress Follow your Braincells balance, daily streak and earned badges. Check your screen time and activity history to see how you spend your day and what you have completed. Start with one useful thing. Earn a break. Make more room for life. Subscription A subscription is required to use Unfry. Available plans, prices and any trial offer are shown in the app before you subscribe. The app interface is in English.
