AI meeting notes for the meetings that happen in a room, without a bot joining the call. Fluent records your meetings and work conversations on your iPhone or a wearable, then turns them into memories you can come back to: what was said, what you promised, what others promised you, and what matters to each person. Then it coaches you on how you actually communicate. RECORD ANYWHERE Tap to record on iPhone, start from the Action Button, or connect an Omi or Limitless pendant. Fluent transcribes with speaker labels and keeps recording in the background. NEVER DROP A FOLLOW-UP Fluent pulls commitments out of every conversation — the ones you made and the ones you're waiting on — with the quote that proves it. KNOW YOUR CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES Fluent builds a profile of everyone you meet with: what they're focused on, what they need, how they like to communicate and what you discussed last, so you walk into every meeting prepared. COACHING ON REAL CONVERSATIONS Set goals like "Be more concise in meetings" or "Ask better questions." Fluent scores you on evidence from what you actually said, shows the moments that helped or hurt, and tracks your progress over time. SUMMARIES AND TRANSCRIPTS Get meeting summaries with decisions, highlights and next steps, plus full speaker-labeled transcripts. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data and never use your conversations to train AI models. Delete your account and all your conversations at any time. Free to start. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. A sermon is two tasks in one: structuring your argument and speaking it at the pulpit. Most tools do one or the other. Verbatum does both — a mind-map editor for shaping the sermon, and a Speech view that strips every distraction once you walk to the pulpit. THOUGHTS MODE Outline your sermon as a mind map. Every heading is a branch; every sentence is a leaf. Reorder by drag, fold sections away, see the whole argument at a glance. Reading-time estimates show next to every branch, with a running total against your target so you know how long the sermon will be before you walk up. SPEECH MODE Plain prose, large type, generous line height. A quiet timer, an unobtrusive ruler, and a progress runner that lets you see — without reading the clock — how much sermon is left. No menu bars, no editing controls, no notifications. Nothing between you and the words. YOUR FILES, YOUR FUTURE Sermons are saved as plain Markdown files on disk. No accounts, no lock-in, no proprietary format. Open them in any editor; carry them on a USB stick; sync through iCloud Drive if you want to. Your archive outlives any app. PRIVACY Verbatum has no backend, no telemetry, no analytics. Your sermons never leave your device unless you put them somewhere yourself. REQUIREMENTS macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later. iPadOS 17 or later.
