You've tried intermittent fasting. Not because you gave up — you forgot to start the timer. Fastivo fixes the system, not the willpower. Set your fasting window once, get notified when it opens and closes, and watch your streak build. No calorie counting, no food restrictions. Just structure. 【What Changes When You Start Fasting】 • Weight drops naturally as your eating window shrinks • Mental clarity and metabolism improve during fasting • You build a lasting habit with streaks and progress stats • AI coaching after every fast tells you what's working (Premium) 【Built for Your Daily Life】 - 5 protocols: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD (23:1), or custom - Background timer — works accurately even when your phone is locked - Monthly calendar view to see your fasting history at a glance - Weight and wellness logging - Smart notifications: 30-minute warning + completion alert People say things like: "I lost 12 lbs in 8 weeks just by changing when I eat. No diet." "I've tried every fasting app. This one actually keeps tracking when my phone is locked." "The streak was the only motivation I needed. 90 days and still going." "16:8? 18:6? OMAD? I have no idea where to start." — Start with 16:8: 16 hours fasting, 8-hour eating window. It's the most-used protocol because it fits into a normal day — stop eating at 8pm, skip breakfast, eat from noon. Once it feels natural, you can extend it or switch to custom. The only decision you need to make today is the first one. "I've failed at fasting before — I just don't have the willpower." — Fasting doesn't fail because of willpower. It fails because the timer doesn't work in the background, notifications miss, or one forgotten session collapses the streak. Fastivo fixes the mechanics so willpower doesn't have to carry everything. "I paid for a premium fasting app and still got flooded with ads." — Fastivo Premium is ad-free. No fine print, no residual ads after you've paid. "The first few days feel rough." — They usually do. Most users say hunger waves pass in 15 minutes, and by week two you stop noticing them. "When my eating window opens, I'm afraid I'll overeat." — It happens, especially at first. That's okay. The habit is what you're building, not perfection. Tap the timer. The rest follows. "Do I have to pay upfront?" — Nope. No sneaky free trials that auto-charge. Price is shown before you commit. Cancel anytime from Apple ID settings. 【Premium Plan】 - Monthly: $4.99/month - Annual: $34.99/year (save 42%) Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. About

Onefast

A fasting timer that does one thing well. Pick a plan, tap Start, and Onefast counts. The time left is on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you never open the app just to look. When the goal is reached it tells you once, then keeps counting, up to seven days. ONE TAP No sign-up, no questions, no tour. The first screen is the plan picker with 16:8 already selected; the second is the timer. That is the whole setup. ALWAYS RIGHT The timer is a clock, not a counter. Force-quit the app, restart the phone, change time zone — it comes back showing the true elapsed time, to the second. The widget, the Live Activity and the app all read the same moment. YOURS TO EDIT Forgot to tap End? Fix the time afterwards. Add a fast you did last week. Overlaps are named in words, not blocked silently. Fasts longer than 24 hours are allowed — Onefast asks once whether you meant it, then never again. QUIET WHEN YOU WANT Three switches: Live Activity with Dynamic Island, the lock screen widget, and the home screen widget. Notifications turn on and off one kind at a time, and the mid-fast ones start off. PLANS 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and one meal a day are built in. Up to five named custom plans and a weekly schedule with Pro. NO ADS. EVER. Not on the free tier, not after you buy. Onefast has no server, no account and no analytics. Your history lives on your iPhone and, if you turn it on, in your own private iCloud. ONEFAST PRO Unlimited history (free keeps the last 30 days), 30-day and all-time stats with charts, month and year summaries, insights from your own record, milestones you can share, a weekly schedule with rest days, up to five named custom plans, two-way weight sync with Apple Health, a weight goal line on your chart, ten ring colours and app icons or a colour of your own, a medium calendar widget, and CSV export. Two prices, one name: a yearly subscription that auto-renews until cancelled, or a single lifetime purchase. No trial. The price is on screen before you tap anything. Everything that makes the timer usable — lock screen, notifications, backup, editing — stays free with or without Pro. Onefast is a timer. It gives no medical or dietary advice; talk to a professional before changing how you eat. Available in English, 日本語, 한국어, 繁體中文, Italiano, Nederlands, Deutsch, Français, Español, Português (Brasil), العربية, Türkçe and Tiếng Việt.
