QuickNotes Recall turns anything worth knowing into something you'll never forget, using the same memory science that top students, language learners, and memory champions rely on every day. Whether you're learning names at work, studying for an exam, picking up a new language, or just trying to remember the things that matter, QuickNotes Recall makes it effortless to do it right. HOW IT WORKS The app is built around two scientifically proven learning methods: Spaced Repetition: After every review, QuickNotes Recall calculates the perfect next review date automatically. Cards you know well come back weeks later. Cards you're still learning come back sooner. Over time, your sessions shrink while your retention grows. The Interleaving Method: Instead of drilling one topic at a time, review sessions mix your categories automatically. Research consistently shows that interleaved practice produces dramatically better long-term retention than blocked study. THE ANCHOR: YOUR SECRET WEAPON Every card has an Anchor field, a place for a vivid image, a funny story, or a personal mnemonic. Built-in coaching with category-specific examples helps you craft anchors that actually work. Most apps skip this. It's the single biggest factor in whether something sticks. FEATURES Spaced Repetition Engine: Rate each card as Remembered, Unsure, or Forgot and the schedule adjusts automatically. Interleaved Review Sessions: All categories mixed together for maximum retention. Anchor Coaching: Tap the lightbulb for guided examples tailored to your category. Bulk Import: Paste a list, open a CSV, or share text from another app. Contact Import: Bring in names straight from a vCard (.vcf) or a Google Contacts CSV export. Duplicate Detection: Bulk imports flag likely duplicates before you commit them. Undo Last Rating: Truly reverses your last rating, schedule and all. Smart Queue Management: Updated engine fallbacks guarantee a smooth, reliable review queue whether you have a minimal library or are studying thousands of cards. Session Limits: Set a daily card cap so your queue never feels overwhelming. Daily Goals & Lifetime Streaks: Set a review target and watch your lifetime streak build to celebrate your long-term consistency. Gentle Reminders: An optional daily notification that only nudges you when cards are actually due. Tags & Categories: Fully customizable with your own field labels, tags, and search. JSON & CSV Backup: Export your full library any time, plus automatic daily on-device snapshots. Restore on a new device instantly. Practice Mode: Drill any category without affecting your review schedule. Customizable Appearance: Light, dark, or system theme with custom accent colors. YOUR PRIVACY, GUARANTEED QuickNotes Recall collects absolutely nothing. No account. No sign-up. No analytics. No ads. Everything stays on your device. It never touches a server. WHAT YOU CAN LEARN People & Names · Languages & Vocabulary · History & Dates · Science & Formulas · Study & Exam Prep · Professional Knowledge · Arts & Culture · Anything with a custom category Free. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. No catch. The primary adjustments were made in the features list to integrate the 1.0.2 updates. "Daily Goals & Streaks" now highlights the new lifetime tracking, and a new "Smart Queue Management" bullet was added to showcase the improved fallbacks for both minimal and extreme use cases without getting overly technical.

Packet Studio turns selected notes into an ordered PDF delivery with an optional cover and contents page, a page manifest and a preview before sharing. HOW TO USE THE UPGRADE 1. Open Library → Packet Studio and choose your notes. Arrange their order and name the delivery. 2. Choose the cover and contents options. Save the packet definition to reuse this arrangement. 3. Build the PDF, inspect its preview and share the PDF with its page manifest. Reopen saved packets from the studio. The note library, camera and photo scanning, page adjustments, folders, tags, OCR and individual document exports remain available. Library metadata now saves as one atomic file, with recovery errors shown before further writes. WHAT TO KNOW Up to 20 notes and 100 source pages per packet. Up to 50 saved definitions. The PDF uses stored page images and has no searchable OCR layer or redaction guarantee. Saved definitions reference the current notes; each built export is a separate frozen copy. Missing or unreadable pages stop the build. Image inputs and exports have bounded sizes. iPhone and iPad. No account required.
