Tenly vs PaperUno

Break it down to 10. Traditional habit trackers ask for 21 days. Or 100. But if you have ADHD, you know that long timelines feel invisible — and missing one day feels like total failure. Tenly is different. We built a focus tool that works with your brain, not against it. 10-day cycles — short enough to see the finish line, long enough to build momentum. Miss a day? No shame, no reset. Just pick up where you are. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick one focus from our curated library (Hydration, Sketching, Meditation, and more) 2. Check in daily with a tap — add a mood note if you want 3. Complete your 10-day cycle — whether you hit 3 days or 10, you get credit for showing up BUILT FOR ADHD BRAINS - No "failure" states — Missed days are de-emphasized, not highlighted in red - Personalized CBT coaching — Gentle, psychology-backed encouragement that uses your name - Visual progress — 10-segment bars and a 360-day Journey grid you can actually feel - Low cognitive load — Clean, calming design with zero clutter YOUR JOURNEY, VISUALIZED The Journey tab shows your year as a 36-grid matrix. Watch your consistency build in color. No complex charts — just proof that you're moving forward. WIDGETS THAT WORK Add your focus to your Home Screen. See your progress at a glance. Check in without even opening the app. You don't need to be perfect. You just need 10 days. Start your first cycle today.
