I made this app because I really, really, really don't like over-complicated to-do apps. But I still wanted to keep track of all the stuff I have to do each day — without a calendar, a timer, an alarm, or confusing features. So I built the to-do app I actually wanted: colorful, playful, simple, useful. Enough structure to feel organized, but not so much that opening it feels like a chore. Done-ish is a low-pressure task list with a sense of humor. Easy to use, fun to look at, and forgiving on the days you don't finish everything. Hope you enjoy it too! About

DisabilityLog

Document what your disability looks like - every day. When the Social Security Administration asks "what can you do from the time you wake up until going to bed," your daily logs are the answer. DisabilityLog is a private daily journal for anyone applying for or maintaining disability benefits - SSDI, SSI, Long-Term Disability, or VA disability. Record what you can and cannot do, track Good Day versus Bad Day patterns, log medical appointments and medications, and generate an attorney or ALJ-ready evidence PDF. The app mirrors SSA Form SSA-3373 (Adult Function Report) - the form your case will turn on. Seven daily categories: personal care, meals, housework, going out, social, concentration, and handling stress. This is not a wellness tracker. It does not tell you to feel better, celebrate "improvement," or suggest you are getting well. Improvement can hurt your claim. The app records, witnesses, and presents - it does not judge. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE - No account. No login. No cloud upload. - All daily logs, symptoms, appointments, and medications stored locally on your device using SwiftData. - PDF generation runs on-device with PDFKit. Reports never leave your phone unless you choose to share them. - We have no servers. We never see your medical history. WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR FREE - Daily check-in (function level 0-10 + day type) for up to 30 entries. - 7-day function trend on the Home dashboard. - Up to 3 medical appointments and 3 medications. - Color-coded Good Day / Bad Day calendar. - Markdown summary export of all your logs. - Home screen widget, Face ID / Touch ID app lock, daily check-in reminder. - Read-only SSA-3373 category reference guide. UPGRADE TO PRO TO UNLOCK - Unlimited daily logs - no 30-entry cap. - All seven SSA-3373 daily function categories. - Good Day vs Bad Day analysis by category. - Attorney or ALJ-ready evidence PDF, generated on-device. - Unlimited medical appointments and medications, including SSA Consultative Exams, with side effects. - Daily symptom sliders: pain, fatigue, cognitive, mobility, mood. - Activity attempted and activity avoided fields. - Sleep hours, quality, and daytime nap tracking. - Function and symptom trend charts. - Full structured CSV export of all log entries. WHO THIS IS FOR - First-time SSDI or SSI applicants told by their attorney to keep a daily diary. - Applicants denied at initial review who need stronger evidence for reconsideration or an ALJ hearing. - Long-Term Disability claimants whose insurance company is challenging the claim. - VA disability claimants filing or appealing a rating decision. - Continuing Disability Review (CDR) preparation. - Long COVID, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, mental health, and other chronic-condition applicants. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR - People wanting an eligibility checker that says whether they qualify. - People wanting AI to write their function report. - People wanting their data synced to an SSA account or law firm portal. DisabilityLog is a personal documentation tool. It does not provide legal or medical advice, determine disability eligibility, communicate with SSA or any insurance carrier, or auto-fill any government form. The seven daily categories mirror SSA Form SSA-3373 for personal reference; the app does not file forms on your behalf. All values are user-entered.
