Muse from Meta vs ZenShield

Muse is your personal AI agent that gets things done, always working on what matters to you. It manages email, books dinners, tracks budgets, and finds deals, with your approval. PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY Muse takes the busywork off your plate. It manages scheduling conflicts, books reservations, sets reminders, and follows up with people, so birthdays, plans, and deadlines don't slip. Stay on top of your calendar, email, and daily tasks without carrying it all in your head. SHOPPING & DEALS Muse compares prices, tracks price drops, and alerts you the moment something you want goes on sale. AI-powered shopping that can actually buy on your behalf, with your OK. CONNECT YOUR APPS You decide what Muse can access. Link your email, calendar, Instagram, Facebook, health and fitness data, and finances. Approve actions before they happen. Muse gets smarter with every connection. GROW YOUR SMALL BUSINESS Give Muse a goal, like finding new customers or growing sales, and it gets it done. Connect your Instagram Business Account, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts in a few clicks, and Muse understands your business: what you sell, what your brand sounds like, and what customers keep asking about. SAVE MONEY Muse helps you understand where your money is going. It tracks expenses, audits subscriptions, flags charges you forgot about, cancels what you don't need, and helps you hit a savings goal, checking with you before it cancels or spends. Get financial insights without the spreadsheet. HEALTH & FITNESS Muse is your AI fitness coach. It builds a custom workout or meal plan from data you choose to share, tracks calories and nutrition, monitors sleep and wellness, and adjusts your training day by day. Whether it's running, eating better, or building a habit, Muse coaches you through it. SHARE A TASK, START TO FINISH Hand Muse a whole job and it sees it through: the research, the comparisons, the back-and-forth, the bookings. Sell your car for more, negotiate a bill down, or plan and book a whole trip. A better result than you'd have managed alone. ALWAYS WORKING FOR YOU Muse keeps things moving after you close the app. It monitors, follows up, and sends a notification when something needs your attention, so nothing falls through the cracks. IN YOUR CONTROL Approve actions before they happen. Muse keeps a full activity log, and lets you revoke any connector anytime. DESIGN THE MUSE APP, JUST FOR YOU Describe what you want in chat, and Muse builds it for you: a tracker, a dashboard, a planner, a mood board, exactly the way you want it. Organize the Muse app around your routine: add spaces to your sidebar or main tabs and swap them out whenever you like. Name your Muse, shape how it communicates, and make it your own. VOICE MODE Talk to your custom avatar in real time, audio only or as a live animated video: it listens, reacts, and responds as you speak. Want a different voice? Just describe in chat, and that's how your Muse will sound. SMART, BUT STILL LEARNING Muse may be inaccurate or take unexpected actions, so check in to keep it on track and intervene as needed.

ZenShield is an anti-doomscrolling app for iPhone that sets itself up. Grant Screen Time access once, and ZenShield looks at how you already use your phone and builds a calm plan for the two moments distracted scrolling hurts most: right after you wake up, and in the hours before bed. HOW IT WORKS • Tap "Set this up for me" and allow Screen Time access — that's the only permission ZenShield asks for. • ZenShield shows you what your phone told us, and the plan it built from it. Tap "Turn it on" and Apple's own picker opens so you can confirm which apps to pause — a one-time system step, nothing to type. • Calm mornings — social apps stay off for the first 30 minutes after you wake up. • Night limit — for your first 3 nights, ZenShield only watches. Then it sets your limit for you, about 15 minutes less than you actually use. • The breathing gate — open a paused app during a shielded window and ZenShield asks for one slow, 15-second breath first. Afterward you choose: put the phone down, or give yourself a strict 5 minutes. ZENSHIELD PRO The free version keeps calm mornings, your night limit and the breathing gate at their defaults, always — no trial required. ZenShield Pro adds: • A single switch, "Make it a little stricter each week" — your night limit gets 5 minutes shorter each week, down to 15, while your calm mornings grow the same way, up to 60. • Your own sliders for morning (15–120 min) and night (15–180 min) limits. • Your own wake and bed times, instead of the defaults. 100% ON-DEVICE ZenShield has no account, no server and no analytics. Everything — reading your Screen Time history, building your plan and pausing apps — happens locally on your iPhone through Apple's own Family Controls, Managed Settings and Device Activity frameworks. Nothing about how you use your phone is ever collected, transmitted or seen by us. ZenShield Pro is a 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
