CBDR is a training app for junior deck officers. Eight subjects cover radar, Rules of the Road, maneuvering boards, navigation calculations, positioning, tides and currents, shiphandling, and vessel identification. RADAR. Practice contact assessment, CPA, relative motion and contact reports. Use the scenario library or build a picture with up to six contacts.
