Unrush vs Afterwise

Not every day is a full day — and that's okay. Unrush is a daily planner built for people who need to pace themselves. Whether you're managing chronic illness, burnout, ADHD, anxiety, or caregiving fatigue, Unrush starts with one simple question: "How's your capacity today?" Tap Full, Half, or Survival — and your task list adapts instantly. Heavy tasks hide on low days. Only your essentials show on survival days. No guilt. No overdue badges. No streaks to break. ### HOW IT WORKS • Check in each morning with your capacity level • Add tasks with effort levels (light, moderate, heavy) and mark anchor tasks • Your list filters automatically — you only see what fits your day • Tap any day to review what you accomplished ### WHAT MAKES UNRUSH DIFFERENT Most productivity apps are designed for your best day. Unrush is designed for your worst. If it works when you're struggling, you'll trust it when you're thriving. • No account required — your data stays on your phone • No ads, no tracking, no dark patterns • Missed tasks don't pile up with red numbers • Survival days silence everything but the essentials ### FREE FEATURES • Daily capacity check-in (Full / Half / Survival) • Up to 10 tasks with effort levels • Capacity-based smart filtering • Weekly overview with dot calendar • Anchor tasks that always show up • Home screen and lock screen widgets ### UNRUSH+ (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) Unlock the full experience: • Unlimited tasks • Insights & capacity trends — see patterns over weeks and months • Daily notes — jot down how the day went • Recurring tasks — set routines that reset daily or weekly • Smart reminders — morning check-in prompts and gentle nudges that silence on survival days • Beautiful capacity calendar and completion stats Unrush+ is available as a one-time purchase ($6.99) to unlock all features forever, or as a monthly subscription ($0.99/month) with a 7-day free trial. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Monthly subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Just: did you check in today? That's enough.

Afterwise: Set a "day to look back" for your decisions—we don't choose for you; we help you compare with reality when that day arrives. Log context, options, and expectations. Set a 30- or 90-day review (or more). Get a local reminder when it's due. Optionally write a sealed letter to your future self—private until review day, then open it first and record what really happened.
