About

NivaKey

Features

Translate without leaving your keyboard. Type in your own language in WhatsApp, tap the translate key, send it in theirs. No copy-paste, no app switching: it all happens inside the app you are already typing in. NivaKey is an iPhone keyboard built for shop owners, sellers and freelancers who message customers in a language they don't speak. HOW IT WORKS 1. Type in your own language. 2. Tap the translate key at the right of the strip. Your text is replaced, in place, by the translation. 3. Before you send, read the back-translation in your own language on the keyboard strip. 4. Not happy? Tap undo within 10 seconds. THE BACK-TRANSLATION SAFETY NET You don't need to know the target language to see what you are about to send. When the translation lands, its meaning in your own language appears on the strip. If something shifted, you catch it before you hit send. CHOOSE THE TONE Natural, formal, friendly or short. Same message, the right register. 7 KEYBOARD LANGUAGES Turkish (Q), English, German, French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic, each with its own layout. Accented letters appear on long press, and Turkish dotted and dotless I casing is handled correctly. 8 TARGET LANGUAGES English, Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Turkish. Press and hold the translate key to switch the target language. SMART WORD SUGGESTIONS NivaKey learns the words you type often, on your device, and predicts the next one. It suggests an emoji when a word calls for it. No autocorrect: you stay in control. EMOJI AND SETTINGS INSIDE THE KEYBOARD Its own emoji page and in-keyboard settings: strip direction (right-handed / left-handed), target language, tone, and a reset for learned words. You never have to go back to the app. WHAT YOU TYPE IS YOURS - Text leaves your phone only when you tap the translate key, and only the message in that field. - It is not stored on the server once the translation comes back. Server logs contain no message bodies. - Keystrokes are never recorded or transmitted. - Learned words stay on your phone and are erased with one tap. - Learning and suggestions are off in password, email, address and number fields. - No analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. WHY DOES IT ASK FOR FULL ACCESS? On iOS, a keyboard needs "Allow Full Access" to reach the network at all. NivaKey uses it only to send the translation request. Nothing else is collected. SETUP Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > NivaKey. Then tap NivaKey and turn on "Allow Full Access". Privacy policy: https://nivakey.aptiroglobal.com/privacy.html Support: info@aptiroglobal.com NIVAKEY PRO The free plan includes 10 translations a day. NivaKey Pro offers unlimited translation (fair use: 200 units a day, 800 a week; a unit is 300 characters). $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with the first 7 days free. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
