Teaching Mode also includes Flexible Scheduling • Designed for private lessons, coaching, tutoring, and other sessions whose times change from person to person. • Choose a person, then set each session's date, start time, and duration independently. Add several sessions in one batch without creating a repeating schedule first. • Check the selected day's full schedule and conflicts, choose from Common Times, set another time manually, or add a missed session on a past date. • Every flexible course has dedicated Course Details, Edit Course, and All Sessions screens. Sort by time, edit or delete upcoming sessions, and correct a checked-in session after using Cancel Check-in. • Flexible courses use actual duration for session totals, Teaching Time, and Units Used, and can sync to System Calendar.
