Two goals, one daily habit. integratedHER is built for women working on both halves at once: how you feel, and how you look. One short daily check-in records your habits of life — sleep, stress, energy, mood, digestion, hydration and your cycle — alongside what you see in your skin, hair and nails. The app counts it back to you as clear, dated patterns. No photos, ever. YOUR DATA AND YOUR PATTERNS ARE FREE Every pattern the app finds is yours: named, with how strong it is and how many days it rests on. So are your Glow Check ratings and trend, your cycle and skin counts, and your full change history. You never pay to see your own record. WHAT YOU FEEL, BESIDE WHAT YOU SEE Two minutes a day covers the wellness side and the aesthetic side together, because one often helps explain the other. A MONTHLY GLOW CHECK Once a month, about twenty seconds. Rate the things that move over months rather than days — tone, pores, fine lines, firmness, lips, under-eyes, hydration and skin below the neck. Month by month you see where each one moved, without a camera. CYCLE AND SKIN See which skin and hair signals turn up in the second half of your cycle, counted cycle by cycle from your own logs. LOG WHAT CHANGED Record a new skincare product, a supplement or an aesthetic treatment. Its result is asked at your next Glow Check, once there has been time to see one. TWO REPORTS YOU CAN TAKE IN My Visit Notes: the questions you want to ask, in your words, with what you have been experiencing and what you are seeing. The Aesthetic Provider Report: your priorities, your top patterns, your skincare and your Glow Check, counted and dated. Export either one as a PDF or as text. CREATED BY A NURSE integratedHER was built by a 25-year nurse and aesthetic specialist, so women could walk into an appointment with a record instead of a memory. It is free to use for any woman who wants personalized patterns for her wellness and aesthetic goals. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your check-ins are yours. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and you can delete it at any time. WHAT PREMIUM ADDS Free gives you the data, the trends and the patterns. Premium gives you the analysis: what each pattern means, what to try next, the full weekly assessment every week, and both provider reports. Premium is $19.99 per month or $79.99 per year. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. integratedHER is for general wellness only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always talk with your healthcare provider before making changes.
