Know your first-generation MINI. Read faults, log live data, and adjust supported settings on your R50, R52, or R53 from your iPhone or iPad. SUPPORTED ADAPTERS • NEW: UniCarScan UCSI-2100 — MINI diagnostics, supported coding, and tests via Bluetooth LE. • OBDLink MX+ or OBDLink CX — MINI diagnostics, supported coding, and tests. • Compatible generic ELM/Veepeak Bluetooth LE adapters — basic engine data, emissions fault codes, and VIN only. These do not support MINI module coding or tests. FREE • Read and clear faults, monitor live data, and export CSV logs. • Read coding and save, import or export backups. • Guided cooling-fan test and demo mode. PRO — ONE-TIME PURCHASE • Change supported coding settings and write saved or imported backups to the car. • Additional actuator and cluster tests, adaptation resets, service-interval resets, and ABS/DSC brake-bleed routines. • Coding changes create a restore point and compare the stored result. Body-module diagnostics and coding, including the body controller and instrument cluster, require an OBD pin 7 to 8 bridge. Ordinary engine diagnostics do not require the bridge. Features depend on the vehicle, fitted modules, and adapter. Adapter sold separately. r53obd is a product of RABRH LLC.
