LabVault puts your lab results in your hands โ€” literally. Track your bloodwork, visualize trends over time, and finally understand what your numbers mean. No account required. No data uploaded anywhere. No ads, ever. Just a clean, private tool to help you stay on top of your health. SNAP A PHOTO, IMPORT YOUR LABS Take a picture of your lab report or import a PDF. LabVault reads your results automatically using on-device text recognition โ€” no cloud processing involved. Review parsed values, confirm what was found, and your data is organized instantly. SEE YOUR TRENDS AT A GLANCE Your dashboard groups biomarkers into clear categories โ€” lipids, metabolic, hormones, thyroid, blood count, vitamins, inflammation, cardiac, liver, and more. Color-coded status indicators show you what's normal, borderline, or flagged. Sparkline charts give you a quick snapshot of where each value has been heading. DIG DEEPER INTO ANY BIOMARKER Tap into any biomarker for interactive trend charts with reference range bands, a full reading history, and automated insights that highlight meaningful changes โ€” like when a value shifts from borderline to normal, or when a downward trend starts forming. COMPARE LAB SESSIONS See how your results have changed between visits. LabVault lets you compare two lab sessions side by side so you can track real progress over time. TRACK MEDICATIONS & SUPPLEMENTS Log prescriptions, supplements, and over-the-counter medications. Set flexible reminder schedules โ€” daily, twice daily, specific weekdays, or custom intervals. Track your adherence and never miss a dose. GENERATE PROFESSIONAL REPORTS Export clean PDF reports for individual biomarkers, entire lab sessions, or custom selections. Share them with your doctor, keep them for your records, or print them out โ€” your data, your choice. BUILT FOR PRIVACY LabVault was built with one belief: your health data is nobody's business but yours. No account creation. Ever. No cloud uploads. Everything stays on your device. No analytics or tracking. No ads. No in-app purchases. Completely free. Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock for extra protection. Optional iCloud backup โ€” only if you turn it on. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK Cholesterol & lipids, glucose & metabolic panels, hormones, thyroid function, complete blood counts, vitamins & minerals, inflammatory markers, cardiac biomarkers, liver enzymes, omega-3 levels, and anything else your lab reports include. Your health journey deserves a tool that respects your privacy and puts you in control. LabVault is that tool. About

Blood Test Tracker

Features

Every blood test you have ever taken, in one place โ€” logged, flagged against its reference range, and charted over time. LabResults is a blood test tracker and bloodwork logbook: type in each result exactly as printed on your lab report and watch every biomarker build into a timeline you can bring to your doctor. LabResults is deliberately a transcription log, not an interpreter. It has no built-in reference database, because reference intervals differ between laboratories and assays โ€” the only correct source is the range printed on your own report. You enter the value and the range; the app does the remembering, the flagging and the charting. It never suggests a cause and never recommends an action. WHAT YOU GET โ€ข Open the app and instantly see which of your latest results sit outside their reference range โ€” LOW in orange, HIGH in red โ€” instead of digging through paper reports and portal PDFs โ€ข A trend chart for every test: watch your LDL move across three draws, with your lab's own low and high lines drawn straight onto the chart โ€ข Log a whole panel in minutes โ€” value, unit, reference range, lab name, date and notes, exactly as the report prints them โ€ข One-sided ranges handled honestly: "๏ผœ 200" or "๏ผž 40" stays one-sided, so flags never lie โ€ข Show glucose or cholesterol in mg/dL or mmol/L when different labs report in different units โ€” your stored numbers never change โ€ข A CSV export of your complete history, ready to print or hand over at your next appointment PERFECT FOR โ€ข Anyone following cholesterol, blood sugar, HbA1c, TSH or vitamin D across repeat panels โ€ข Patients whose results are scattered across paper reports and several lab portals โ€ข People preparing for a doctor's visit who want the whole history on one page โ€ข Annual-checkup people who want this year's panel next to last year's WHY NOT JUST THE PATIENT PORTAL? A portal shows one provider's results, in that provider's format, for as long as they keep them. LabResults holds every draw from every lab โ€” including paper reports the portal has never seen โ€” in one timeline that lives on your phone and answers to you. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Everything you enter is stored in a database on your device. No account, no analytics, no advertising, and no network traffic beyond Apple's own purchase and restore calls. A CSV leaves the phone only when you choose to share it. LabResults is for personal tracking only and is not medical advice. It never interprets a result โ€” always discuss your results, especially out-of-range ones, with your doctor. FULL ACCESS LabResults requires Full Access to use the app: a Weekly or Yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Every plan unlocks everything โ€” logging, out-of-range flags, trend charts and CSV export. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Download LabResults and log your latest panel tonight โ€” the next time your doctor asks "what was it last time?", you will have the answer in your pocket.
