LabVault puts your lab results in your hands — literally. Track your bloodwork, visualize trends over time, and finally understand what your numbers mean. No account required. No data uploaded anywhere. No ads, ever. Just a clean, private tool to help you stay on top of your health. SNAP A PHOTO, IMPORT YOUR LABS Take a picture of your lab report or import a PDF. LabVault reads your results automatically using on-device text recognition — no cloud processing involved. Review parsed values, confirm what was found, and your data is organized instantly. SEE YOUR TRENDS AT A GLANCE Your dashboard groups biomarkers into clear categories — lipids, metabolic, hormones, thyroid, blood count, vitamins, inflammation, cardiac, liver, and more. Color-coded status indicators show you what's normal, borderline, or flagged. Sparkline charts give you a quick snapshot of where each value has been heading. DIG DEEPER INTO ANY BIOMARKER Tap into any biomarker for interactive trend charts with reference range bands, a full reading history, and automated insights that highlight meaningful changes — like when a value shifts from borderline to normal, or when a downward trend starts forming. COMPARE LAB SESSIONS See how your results have changed between visits. LabVault lets you compare two lab sessions side by side so you can track real progress over time. TRACK MEDICATIONS & SUPPLEMENTS Log prescriptions, supplements, and over-the-counter medications. Set flexible reminder schedules — daily, twice daily, specific weekdays, or custom intervals. Track your adherence and never miss a dose. GENERATE PROFESSIONAL REPORTS Export clean PDF reports for individual biomarkers, entire lab sessions, or custom selections. Share them with your doctor, keep them for your records, or print them out — your data, your choice. BUILT FOR PRIVACY LabVault was built with one belief: your health data is nobody's business but yours. No account creation. Ever. No cloud uploads. Everything stays on your device. No analytics or tracking. No ads. No in-app purchases. Completely free. Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock for extra protection. Optional iCloud backup — only if you turn it on. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK Cholesterol & lipids, glucose & metabolic panels, hormones, thyroid function, complete blood counts, vitamins & minerals, inflammatory markers, cardiac biomarkers, liver enzymes, omega-3 levels, and anything else your lab reports include. Your health journey deserves a tool that respects your privacy and puts you in control. LabVault is that tool. BloodChart

BloodChart keeps your blood test results in one place and shows how each value has moved over time. I made BloodChart to follow my own blood tests, so I'm releasing it for free. No subscription, no in-app purchases. Everything it tells you has a source you can check: reference intervals say where they come from, the marker texts cite theirs, and the biological age names the papers behind it. IMPORT A LAB REPORT Choose a PDF from your lab and BloodChart reads the values, the units and the reference intervals off the page. You see every row before anything is saved, and readings the app is unsure of are flagged, never hidden. Values can also be entered by hand. Built for reports from Swedish laboratories. SEE WHERE EVERY VALUE STANDS Each marker has its own page showing your latest value against its reference interval. By default, BloodChart goes by what your lab printed on the report: its high or low flag, or its reference interval. If the report shows neither, the app uses its own interval and says so. One setting switches every marker to the app's intervals instead. FOLLOW THE TREND Each marker's chart draws every measurement against its reference interval, so a value that has been drifting for two years is as visible as one that jumped last month. LEARN YOUR BIOLOGICAL AGE The Overview tab opens with your phenotypic age, computed with the published PhenoAge model (Levine et al., 2018) from nine standard blood values and your age. The app shows every input with its draw date and tells you when one is missing. WALK IN PREPARED The Doctor visit tab lists every value outside its reference interval and how long it has been there, and exports the list as a PDF to bring to your appointment. ADD YOUR RESULTS TO APPLE HEALTH Add a test to the Apple Health app as a signed lab card. BloodChart makes the card on your iPhone, Health shows you what it holds and asks before adding it, and you can remove it from Health at any time. READ UP ON 109 MARKERS Blood count, iron, lipids, liver, kidneys, thyroid, hormones, vitamins and more. Each marker has a plain-language explanation of what it measures and what can cause a high or low value, and you can read it before you have a single result. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS BloodChart never stores your results outside your own devices and never sees them. There is no account, no server and no tracking. Your values stay on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if it is turned on, so they follow you to a new phone. From the app's settings you can export everything as CSV and JSON, or erase it all, on the phone and in iCloud. If you allow it, BloodChart reads your workouts from Apple Health and flags any sample drawn within 48 hours of one. Nothing goes into Health unless you add a lab card yourself. WHAT BLOODCHART DOES NOT DO It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it leaves the conclusions to you and your doctor. BloodChart does not replace medical advice.
