Fit Planner is your complete gym companion โ from building the perfect routine to logging every set on the gym floor. Browse a built-in exercise library with clear instructions, then assemble custom routines by picking exercises, setting target sets, reps, and weight. Slot each routine into a weekly schedule so your training week is always planned in advance. When it is time to work out, launch live mode. Each set appears one at a time. Log your reps and weight, rest with a built-in countdown timer that rings when rest is over, then advance to the next set. Your session history is saved automatically.
