MyPeps is the home for your peptides. Log all your doses in one tap, view real-time active dose curves, track your vial stock and reconstitution, and stay on schedule with smart reminders. Requires a MyPeps paid subscription. Eligible new subscribers can start with a free 3-day trial. DOSE TRACKING IN ONE TAP Log every injection with a single tap. Track dose amount, timestamp, and notes. View your full dosing history, edit past entries, and export everything to CSV when you need it. REAL-TIME ACTIVE DOSE CURVES See estimated active levels for every peptide you're running. MyPeps uses pharmacokinetic modeling (absorption and elimination rates) to plot 7-day decay curves, so you always know where you stand between doses. SMART SCHEDULING & REMINDERS Set your frequency: daily, every other day, 2x or 3x per week, weekly, or as-needed. Choose your dose time and MyPeps handles the rest with local notifications that keep you consistent. VIAL & RECONSTITUTION TRACKING Track your full vial inventory from lyophilized powder through reconstitution to depletion. Monitor remaining capacity, bacteriostatic water volumes, concentration per mL, and expiry dates. Get notified before a vial expires. YOUR TRACKING DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Your peptide configurations, dose history, notes, and Apple Health values stay on your device, with no account required and no cloud sync. Apple handles payments, and RevenueCat processes subscription information and paywall analytics. We do not attach your tracking or Apple Health data to those analytics. Export your complete dose history as a CSV file with custom date ranges and peptide filters. BUILT FOR YOUR PROTOCOL - Multiple peptides running simultaneously - Pause and resume individual protocols - Custom peptide and blend support - Metric and imperial unit systems - Apple Health integration for height and weight START FREE Requires a MyPeps paid subscription. Eligible new subscribers can start with a free 3-day trial. Then continue with a weekly or yearly subscription. Cancel anytime. Serious tracking for peptides, GLP-1, TRT and HRT, with the bloodwork to see what actually changed. A precision instrument for people who run their own peptide, GLP-1, HRT and TRT protocols. Record an injection, a pill or a spray in a few taps, or let scheduled protocols run on auto-pilot. Log your workouts, water, meals and periods in the same place. Local-first and private. No efficacy claims, no gamification, no guilt. TRACK PROTOCOLS • The largest compound library in any tracker: peptides, GLP-1s, hormones and supplements • Record what you take in seconds, with titration schedules and cycle calendars • Injection-site rotation on a body map, with recently used sites marked before you pick one • Modeled Exposure: an estimate of what's on board now and where each blood draw fell on the curve • Adherence history and a verdict when a cycle ends TRACK YOUR PERIOD • Log periods, symptoms and waking temperature, with a calendar and a dial that shows where you are in your cycle • Perimenopause and menopause read from your own logs, including a hot flash count • Birth control reminders. Fertile days and ovulation are shown as estimates only, never as birth control • Your cycle data is never used for analytics LOG YOUR WORKOUTS • A library of 250+ exercises, each with a short demonstration of how it's done • Last time's numbers beside every set, a rest timer, and personal records marked as you hit them • Starter templates, a workout calendar, and progress charts for every exercise FOOD AND WATER • AI food log: type or photograph a meal, review the estimate, correct it, approve. Nothing logs without your review. • One-tap repeat meals, recipes, serving sizes, and targets you set yourself • Log water in a tap from the app, a widget or Siri, with reminders through the day KEEP INVENTORY • Vault: fridge, freezer and shelf zones, cap colors, and supply runway tied to your protocols • Photograph a kit's packing list to add vials in bulk UNDERSTAND YOUR BLOODWORK • Import lab PDFs or photos and confirm every value before it counts • Trends across every report and every lab, with printed originals always preserved • Ranges shown are the ones printed on YOUR report. Optional Pro overlay: literature ranges, cited on screen, labeled educational • Doctor-Ready PDF: protocols, adherence, history and labs in one document CONNECT YOUR BODY • Apple Health, Oura, WHOOP and Withings: sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and weight against your cycles • CGM glucose: time in range, and your glucose curve against your injections • A health score and biological age computed from your own labs TRACK YOUR HOUSEHOLD • Add a partner with their own protocols, logs, bloodwork and insights, kept separate, under one membership • One tap switches between people, a distinct color shows whose data you're viewing, and one shared Vault links vials to either person PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Local-first: your data lives on your device, with optional encrypted cloud backup you control • No ads, no data sales, no social feed WHAT PEPTIDELAB IS NOT PeptideLab is a personal record-keeping and education tool.
