MeritBoard is the easiest way for coaches to track team member merits, demerits, and attendance — all from your iPhone. BUILT FOR COACHES Whether you coach soccer, basketball, cheer, ROTC, or any team activity, MeritBoard gives you a fast, intuitive way to manage your roster and track member performance. No complicated setup. No mandatory login. Just open the app, import your team, and start tracking. MERITS & DEMERITS Create custom merit and demerit types tailored to your team. Tap a team member's name to quickly assign merits for positive behavior or demerits for infractions. Each record captures the date, the assigning coach, and optional notes — so there's always a clear history. ATTENDANCE TRACKING Log absences with configurable reasons (medical, family emergency, school, and more). Mark absences as excused or unexcused. See attendance patterns at a glance in the reports view. TEAM SHARING Invite assistant coaches to co-manage your team with a simple invite code or shareable link. All coaches see the same data in real time. Ownership controls ensure only the head coach can change team settings or invite others. USEFUL REPORTS Quickly export team reports that summarize merits, demerits, and attendance so you can add to other team records or discuss with team officials. Review entire team performance at a glance. WORKS OFFLINE Record merits, demerits, and absences even without an internet connection. MeritBoard syncs automatically when you're back online, so you never miss a beat at practice or on the road. SPREADSHEET IMPORT Get started quickly by importing your team roster, merit types, and demerit types from a Google Sheets link or an Excel file. No manual data entry required. DATA EXPORT Export your team's complete data — members, merits, demerits, and attendance — as CSV files for external analysis or record keeping.
