Most alarms trust you to make action. Bad idea. Rizen makes you prove it. Then it doesn't leave you alone for the rest of the day. It keeps ringing until you're on your feet and you've done a small job: solve a quick problem, scan a code you taped across the room, tap a sticker on the kettle, knock out a set of push-ups, or show it the bed you just made. Do the job and it goes quiet. Skip it and it doesn't. Pick how you get up: ► A real workout – push-ups, squats, or a plank, counted by the camera ► Math, when you just need your brain to switch on ► A hard shake, when you'd rather move than think ► A QR code stashed in the bathroom, so there's no solving it from under the covers ► An NFC tag by the coffee machine ► A photo of the bed, actually made ► A photo of the toothbrush, or anything else you'd prefer Then keep moving, all day: Getting up is one thing. The other 16 hours are the problem. ► A movement plan drops short workout alarms between two times you pick. 8 squats mid-morning. 5 push-ups after lunch. A 30-second plank before dinner. ► Small enough that you can't talk yourself out of it. No gym, no changing, no hour to find. ► Let Rizen pick the exercises, or set every rep yourself. ► The camera counts, so a set only counts if you actually did it. ► It all lives in one card. By evening those scraps add up to a full workout you never had to schedule. Make it sound like you: ► Use the built-in tones, or bring your own – an MP3 from Files, your own voice, even the audio pulled out of a video. It rings on the lock screen too. It rings no matter what: ► Gets through silent mode and Focus, even if you've force-quit the app ► Starts quiet and climbs, and the volume buttons won't shut it up mid-mission It keeps you honest: ► Win the morning and your streak grows ► Miss one and you're back to day one. That stings on purpose. And for the other end of the day: ► Drift – a bedtime soundscape. Layer rain, tides, a stream, and soft noise into your own mix, set a fade-out timer, and fall asleep. It plays you down, then goes quiet on its own. Earn the silence. –––– Have any ideas? alarm@rizenhq.com Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://rizenhq.com/alarm/privacy
