Paceboard turns a sentence into a structured, watch-ready session — built at your exact training paces and synced straight to your Garmin or Apple Watch. This isn't another training plan app. You already know what you're doing: your coach, your club, your training book, or your own head sets the workouts. Paceboard gets them onto your wrist, structured and paced, without the tiny screens and the pace math. YOUR PACES, SET ONCE Enter one recent race result and Paceboard calculates your training paces, from easy through threshold to reps. Every workout you build uses them automatically — no pace charts, no converting race times mid-build, no running someone else's zones. BUILD IT THE WAY IT WAS WRITTEN Type the session the way your coach said it. "6×800m at interval pace with 90 seconds rest" comes back as a real structured workout, every rep and recovery in place. Edit anything by hand, or just ask for the change. STRAIGHT TO YOUR WATCH Sync to Garmin or Apple Watch and run it. Every rep, recovery and target pace on your wrist, with the alerts where they should be. YOUR WHOLE WEEK, SCHEDULED Set the week up on Sunday night and it lands on your watch for you. The calendar shows what's planned, what's done, and how the week is adding up. A COACH THAT ANSWERS BACK Ask what to run today, why a session is written the way it is, or how your last run went. Paceboard reads your recent training, your paces and your Apple Health recovery data, and answers with the workout — not a wall of text. Say the word and it rewrites the session, moves it, or builds the week. SHARE WITH YOUR CLUB Send any workout by link or QR code. One tap and everyone runs the same session at their own paces. No recreating workouts, no group chats full of screenshots. REVIEW EVERY LAP Completed runs sync back with your splits matched to every rep, so you can see exactly how you hit each interval — and what that means for the next one. BUILT FOR Garmin and Apple Watch runners training anywhere from 5K to the marathon. Runners with a coach, a club or a plan who just need it on their watch. Run clubs sharing sessions across the group. Anyone tired of building intervals on a tiny screen. Terms of Use: https://www.mypaceboard.com/terms
