Every flight. Every duty. One clear record. FlightLog is a professional pilot logbook for iPhone and iPad. Record your flights, track your duty time and keep your documents together β€” from the first entry to a signed flight assignment. YOUR FLIGHT HISTORY β€’ Record multiple legs in one duty, with routes, aircraft, crew and times. β€’ Calculate duty, block and flight time automatically. β€’ Track Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring for each phase. β€’ Calculate day and night time from the sun’s position. β€’ Search your flights and review logbook statistics. DUTY TIME AND LIMITS Plan your next duty with a clear view of your remaining capacity. FTL radar shows accumulated hours, time remaining to limits and when capacity becomes available again. What-if duties help you explore future workloads. Available modes include Russia’s Order No. 381, EASA FTL and FAA Part 117. A SIGNED FLIGHT ASSIGNMENT Bring routes, crew and planned and actual times into one record. Add the PIC’s signature on screen. Export the flight assignment and logbook appendix as a single PDF. A pre-send check helps you find missing required fields. Add fuel uplift or write-off lines when needed, with a document number and comment. DOCUMENTS WITHIN REACH Keep licenses, medical certificates, passports and visas organized. Expiry reminders at 90, 30 and 7 days help you prepare ahead of time. Attach OFP, ATL/TLB, W&B, manifests and other operational documents to your flights. For a ramp check, create a PDF with credentials, recency and cumulative limits. The exported file is available offline. TOOLS FOR THE WORKING PILOT Use E6B calculators for runway wind, fuel, mass, unit conversions and altitude corrections. Mark flight events from Apple Watch and see your current flight on the Lock Screen with Live Activity. YOUR LOGBOOK, ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Work with your logbook offline and enable iCloud sync when you need it. Share a duty with your crew, create backups and protect access with a biometric lock. On iPad, work with your logbook and duty editor side by side. The interface is available in English and Russian. Built for line pilots, captains, instructors and student pilots who want a clear, organized record of their flying.

About

Logbird

Features

YOUR LOGBOOK, YOUR DATA I'm an airline pilot, and I built Logbird for fellow pilots. It is shaped around the work we actually do: multi-sector days, changing rosters, duty hours and years of flight history. Bring in your schedule, record what happened and see the full picture of your flying in one personal logbook. EASY ROSTER IMPORT Import a compatible roster from an ICS calendar file, CSV, pasted text, PDF or photo. You can also select a roster from your iPhone calendar. Review the flights before saving, then add your actual OFF-block, takeoff, landing and ON-block times. Multi-sector days no longer have to start with typing every flight from scratch. MORE THAN A LIST OF FLIGHTS Track block, duty and night time, landings, currency, routes, aircraft and career totals. Explore trends and statistics built from your own flights, and check your duty day on Apple Watch. The FDP simulator helps you see how a delay could change your plan. BRING YOUR FLIGHT HISTORY Import compatible CSV, XLS and XLSX exports from other logbooks, including LogTen Pro and CrewLounge PILOTLOG. Logbird recognizes many columns automatically; you can map the rest and review a preview before importing. Have older hours without individual flight records? Add them as prior experience. If your export won't import correctly, email a copy to support@logbird.fi. We'll convert it into a Logbird-ready file for free and send it back. Sending a file is optional. Keep your original and check your flights and totals after importing. PILOT FEEDBACK MATTERS If a roster causes trouble, something doesn't work as expected or you have an idea that would make Logbird more useful in your work, write to support@logbird.fi. We'll do our best to help and use pilot feedback to keep improving the app. YOUR LOGBOOK, YOUR DATA Your flights stay on your iPhone or iPad, with optional sync through your own iCloud account. Export EASA- or FAA-style logbook PDFs, Excel and CSV files, or a restorable JSON backup. No Logbird account, ads or tracking. Regular imports are processed on your device; our support team receives a file only if you choose to email it for help. Try all features for 14 days from your first recorded or imported flight. After that, keep using the basic logbook with up to 50 flights at no charge. Premium adds unlimited flights and advanced features through an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The 14-day try-out does not start a paid subscription or charge you automatically. A yearly subscription is billed when you choose to buy it and renews until cancelled. Prices are shown in your App Store before purchase. Logbird is a personal recordkeeping and planning tool, not a certified official logbook. Its FDP and FTL calculations are estimates. Always follow your operator's procedures and the rules of the relevant authority.
