About

RefBasket

The complete tool for a basketball referee. Two clocks, the fouls, the report and the FIBA rules, in one app that works with no signal at all. Everything on one screen. The game clock, the shot clock, the score and every player's fouls, with no navigating anywhere. Undo is permanently on screen, because at this speed registration mistakes are constant. It knows who is one foul from going off. The foul panel shows each player's count and turns amber the moment one of them is one away, red once they are out. The bonus indicator lights when a team reaches the penalty situation, so you never have to count team fouls in your head. Your rules, not just FIBA's. Periods and their length, the foul limit, the bonus threshold, the shot clock and its reset, time-outs per half — all configurable, with presets for FIBA, youth formats and minibasket. Choose the 2024 or the 2026 edition of the rules, whichever your competition applies. An Apple Watch app that works on its own. Start, referee and finish a game from your wrist with the phone off or in the dressing room. Distinguishable haptics tell you the shot clock buzzed, the period ended, a player fouled out or a team entered the bonus, without looking. The report done before you leave the hall. A professional PDF: score by period, points and fouls per player, team fouls, time-outs, incidents and your own signature, drawn once in Settings, on the referee's line. Prepare the exam between games. Questions on the FIBA Official Basketball Rules, each anchored to a concrete article and quoting it, with spaced repetition, timed mocks and a review of what you got wrong. Nothing is collected. No account, no analytics, no servers of ours. Your games stay on your device, and on your own private iCloud if you turn sync on. RefBasket is an unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIBA or any national federation, and the rules module is study material that does not replace the official rules or official training. Free and PRO. Free covers three games with both clocks, the score, the fouls and 20 study questions. PRO adds unlimited games and history, the PDF report signed with your own signature, statistics, the Apple Watch app, the full question bank and iCloud sync. The paywall never appears during a game.
