Boulder Strength is a training log built for climbers who care about finger strength, pulling power, and repeaters โ not generic gym tracking. Train Build workouts exercise by exercise: max hangs, repeaters, weighted pulls, mobility, and more. Log working sets with the metrics that matter (load, reps, time, edges, grips). Exercise can track edge MM, grip attachments and grip variations, need to track an 8mm crimp? No problem. Optional last-session hints so you can match or nudge your previous protocol. Works offline; sign in to sync across devices. Progress See personal bests by exercise (weight, volume, hangs, repeaters) without drowning in duplicate rows. Weekly charts for hang time and pull peaks. Optional bodyweight-relative stats when you save weight at workout finish. Recovery Quick daily check-ins for soreness, sleep, and stress โ turned into a simple readiness view. Readiness can link to finished sessions so you see how you felt on hard days.
