FocusGlobe vs Etzly

FocusGlobe — turn every focus session into a tree on Earth. 【Focus to Plant】 Set a countdown or count-up timer and start focusing. When you finish, a plant lands on the 3D globe — the camera zooms in from space to your planting spot as your tree takes root. 【50 Real Plant Species】 Every species comes from iNaturalist's most-observed plants in China. Ginkgo, Chinese sweetgum, white clover, Chinese tallow tree… Each one is planted at its real-world habitat coordinates. 【Botanical Archives】 Every species has a full natural profile: overview, habitat, morphology, seasonality, and cultural notes. Deep focus sessions (25+ minutes) progressively unlock more archive content — trade focus for knowledge. 【3D Globe Map】 Every tree you plant is pinned on an interactive 3D globe. Zoom, rotate, and explore your focus footprint across the world. 【Focus Statistics】 A heatmap tracks your focus habits. View your data by day, week, month, or year to understand your focus rhythm. 【More Features】 · Countdown & count-up timer modes · Custom tags: Focus, Study, Reading, Work, Meditation · White noise: Rain, Forest, Beach, Lake, Soft Waves · Dynamic Island & Lock Screen Live Activities · Keep screen on mode · Dark interface designed for distraction-free focus Water the Earth with your focus, one tree at a time. Think in branches with Etzly, a visual note-taking app that turns ideas into connected trees. Start with a big thought, then add branches and sub-branches as your thinking grows. Every branch has its own note, so details stay beside the idea they belong to. Use Etzly to: • Organize ideas, projects, research, and goals visually • Move between the full tree and a focused branch • Write rich notes with bold, italic, underline, lists, checklists, and links • Search your tree and jump straight to any thought • Keep work and personal ideas connected without flattening them into one long list Etzly is made for visual thinkers, writers, students, makers, and anyone whose ideas do not fit into a straight line. No account is required. In the current version, your trees, branches, and notes are stored locally on your device. Find the structure in your thinking, keep the context around every idea, and follow each branch where it leads. https://etzly.com/terms/ https://etzly.com/privacy/
