Granul models the actual optical and chemical characteristics of analog film: per-channel tone curves, luminance-dependent grain, highlight halation, and color crossover. Then applies them to your photos in real time. This isn't another filter pack. Each of the 10 film stocks is built from the physical properties of real film: how silver halide crystals form grain at different exposure levels, how light scatters through the emulsion base to create halation, and how each color channel responds with its own distinct curve. FILM STOCKS • Kodak Portra 400: Warm, natural skin tones • Kodak Gold 200: Saturated daylight warmth • Kodak Ektar 100: Ultra-fine grain, vivid color • Kodak Portra 800: Pushed warmth for low light • Fuji Superia 400: Cool greens, punchy contrast • Fuji Pro 400H: Soft pastels, low contrast • Fuji Velvia 50: Hyper-saturated slide film • Ilford HP5 Plus 400: Classic British B&W • Kodak Tri-X 400: Gritty street photography grain • Kodak T-Max 400: Sharp, modern black & white WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Real rendering pipeline: color curves, crossover, saturation, halation, grain, vignette • Luminance-dependent grain. More grain in midtones, less in shadows and highlights, just like real film • Highlight halation. The soft red/orange glow around bright areas caused by light bouncing off the film base • Per-channel tone curves modeled from actual film response data • Adjustable intensity slider so you can dial the effect from subtle to full • Before/after swipe comparison SHOOT OR IMPORT • Live camera preview with your selected stock applied in real time • Import any photo from your library • Full-resolution export with EXIF metadata stamping • Save directly to your camera roll FREE & PRO 3 stocks are free forever: Portra 400, Gold 200, and Tri-X 400. Upgrade to Pro to unlock all 10 stocks, remove the export watermark, and get every new stock added in future updates. Built with Metal and Core Image for fast, GPU-accelerated rendering.

Is the thing you want to photograph hidden behind the shutter button? Shooting a plate of food from above. Placing your child, your dog or your cat low in the frame. On the stock camera app, the shutter button can land right there. You cannot tell how it came out until you take the shot. Clear Frame Camera is a camera app that promises to keep the shutter button outside the frame. ( 1 ) The shutter never hides your frame Nothing overlaps the frame. What you see is what you get. ( 2 ) It works like the camera you know Nothing new to learn. The same gestures as the stock camera, doing the same things. - Tap to focus and set exposure - Pinch to zoom - Flash (auto / on / off) - Timer (3s / 10s) - Grid - Photos and videos save straight to your photo library ( 3 ) Settings step aside while you shoot The gear in the top corner opens flash, timer, ratio, grid and exposure in one panel. Close it and the wide view is back. While you are shooting, settings never sit over the frame. ( 4 ) Pro (one-time purchase) A single purchase unlocks these features. There is no monthly fee. - Video recording (HD / 4K, 24 / 30 / 60 fps) - 16:9 and 1:1 aspect ratios - Live Photos - Exposure compensation Photo capture stays free forever, whether or not you buy it. ( 5 ) We collect nothing No ads. No usage analytics. The photos and videos you take are only saved to the photo library on your device.
